It costs a company hundreds of pounds plus VAT to issue an RNS, so it may well be that the company does not want to pay for what is basically everyday news updates but not strictly price sensitive.

In a (real) RTO, the smaller company takes over the larger one, changes its name and starts to trade. So how could this now happen here if there is no larger company to move in to? Remind me WHO the director is - does he even know he has been nominated? See the updated notice at Companies House, then say why still nothing has been done here....maybe someone who cares could email the company and remind them that time is very short....
