You say that this is a good entry price, but what will you say if it gets to be a third of the current price and still no announcements from ICON?

My own opinion is that this share should be suspended again until any RTO is finalised as I don't see how you can operate an orderly market with a company that has no business and no plan. Buyers are buying into nothing with this toxic company, and this share has become a trader's dream and an investor's nightmare.

What if the RNS you expect says 'sorry, but despite our best efforts, we have been unable....etc etc? You would look a bit foolish then after ramping as you are.

I am a holder but wish I was not, and these are my opinions only and could be wrong. Wherever Brad is, it would not hurt to update the market on any progress.

I share it too. Why did ICON not just RTO into another empty shell? Why try so hard to keep this one alive?

Probably programme trades set up to beat algorithms by making sales to counteract purchases to keep sp from crashing. BUT WHO is setting these trades? IMHO.

What I don't understand is why EHGOS have sold at such low prices, they must know what is coming for the company, and could potentially make much, much more money had they waited and sold after any RTO or other announcement.

Why have they wanted out so quickly?

What happens to any share price increase if/when an RTO is announced if they are still on board with more new financing? Surely SH will be decimated over again????

ICON don't have staff, just the odd director in 2 or 3 different countries....I'm wondering how prospective new companies feel about the business setup?

It completely depends on the terms of the RTO! Nobody said it HAS to be a good thing. And any mention of EHGOS....

Of course if it's bad news such as another suspension for a RTO, any RNS today will be posted after the market closes....

An 'investor' would not pay £30m for the shell! The shell becomes the new business, ICON gets suspended (again) and changes its name and consolidates. When it tgrades as a new business, its value can increase (or decrease) by ANY amount depending on how they trade.

It's like saying that ICON was a shop with management and staff that all left. The shop is rented out again and new owners move in with a different, new business.
