It's absolutely fascinating and addictive to watch things unfold. Latest chapter, China increases tariffs to 84% on US imports and oil is flirting with a 5 handle. Might seem masochistic to say it, but it really is a time to enjoy the education

Rubbish. At $60/bbl, whilst there would be little or no FCF, they would still be servicing their debt. Their hedges floor are at $59, so protecting any fall of oil price below this. US shale will go under at $60/bbl long before Tlw

It is interesting, considering the bonds have dropped from 93 to 75 in recent days, which is worrying.

Tariffs are a smokescreen. US has $36 trillion debt. Trump wants the Fed to cut rates quickly to reduce interest. 10 year treasures have fallen 1% since start of year and will drop much quicker soon. Oil price fall is a bonus for Trump but not the play. Equities are the short term sacrificial lamb.

China have slapped 34% tariffs on US from next week. If EU follow suit this is going to get a lot uglier very quickly. Doesn't matter what you hold, so specific comments on Tlw are irrelevant. Even giant mining companies like Glen,Anto are down more than Tlw over the last week/month.

Clearly all the 'news' was in the RNS yesterday. Today's RNS just a cut and paste from January update. That said, bonds were up 7 points yesterday to over 94. If they hold/build today that's very positive for going forward. Would be nice to see SP reflect some of that positivity but it's significantly derisked now

'Ask' on the bonds is currently over 94, so bond market doesn't think it's a bad deal. Just those who were hoping for 10p

Is this the same Maxine who was ramping UOG at 0.33p, then still telling people sentiment is irrelevant when it had dropped 25% to 0.25p and is now sat with an 80% loss as it sits at 0.07p? Joker.
