Was wondering if u were ok with you not having posted yet today.

You mentioned the other day that you have some health issue and the NHS aren't exactly giving you a first-rate service. Imo you shouldn't be shy about making a fuss to get some treatment or guidance, when they are as stretched as they are it seems that sometimes you need to hassle to get the attention you deserve.

Yeah, not sure how the placing will go, MMs just holding it in a very specific range ATM, that won't be sustainable.

There is a lot to get through, personally i think they would have had better early volume had the announcement been made this morning, some of the buzz perhaps wore off overnight.

I have cash ready but am not desperate to buy, if i can get some at or below the placing price great, if it lurches up and i pay more - ok, what i dont want is cash tied up in the red for weeks as i try to remain mobile. Hence, having watched how the MMs played it today i decided to spectate rather than participate. The way the market is ATM if im unsure i tend toward waiting.

Agree, though the large "grey" trades have been appearing for over a month so i doubt its all accountable to forward selling.

They will raise again at some point during these twin drills imo, would seem prudent.

True, but i would rather she were sidelined as much as possible, deputy leader is more than enough imo. For me she doesn't behave like statesman and exudes the wrong image for a party trying to demonstrate serious competence, she's more of a sideline heckler than a bank manager if u get my drift.

Looks as though the pacing may have finally cleared, or the bulk of it at any rate, volume since the announcement supports the argument, a few 150k sells showing that are likely still attributable. Plenty of upside over the coming weeks imo, i hold.

Pleased about Hillary, Angela shouldn't even be in a cabinet role, total liability. Other appointments look good, Kendall, Kyle and Debbonaire in particular. Not much of an Ashworth fan, Nandy could be much better utilised imo, perhaps her move is the result of some internal disagreement.

Recent sensible statements on taxation by the shadow chancellor will help pave the way to government.

It is exploration, but not the usual AIM one hit wonder well that needs big finance to monetise.

They seem to average about one drill a month. Wells typically come in under budget and ahead of schedule, targeting a few hundred bopd (net) or so, usually coming in better than anticipated.

The wells are quickly bought into production so free cash flow is good. They have a large licence, and reckon they can get 10,000 bopd out of it. Loads of targets lined up to keep them busy, no need to raise, the whole thing just seems really well run.

Presently the warrants mean there is a constant seller so the SP movement hasnt reflected progress imo.

There's no huge company make or break moment brewing, its more a case of incremental gains to build the bopd toward target, though i believe the forthcoming drills may have more potential upside. They are constantly drilling or scoping out the next drill. The big news for me would be if they got the warrants issue sorted, there are rumors of some deal being done behind the scenes but who knows. Presently any substantial rise gets sold into, so the SP is lagging.

Malcy says more news Wednesday, he may be referring to the interview i mentioned, not sure.

It is easy to grumble about a situation and ascribe everything as "woke nonsense", but this doesn't really solve anything.

If so, why do you think it has a recruitment and retention problem?

How would you remedy this issue?

Cutting pay, telling them to work harder, and calling them names isn't going to help much imo.

I dont think its fair to blame the mounting issues we have with our NHS on its staff or their perceived values. One doesn't blame the ticket collector when a train is delayed, hiring a more right wing parking attendant doesn't create anymore spaces on the car park. I dont see how your way of thinking stacks up?

They are operating on a skeleton staff, have severe issues with burn out and retention, and now have limited access to the EU pool of ready-made replacements. Ignoring such issues and just calling them work-shy communists seems a very lazy appraisal of the situation.
