I bought my majority in June 2020 at 77p when we were coming out of lockdown, a few days later CP files for damages that's the sort of luck I have :-( Sold all my Carphone Warehouse to top up at 58p in August 2020 then in March while we were on our rocket to Mooky's 191 target I topped up 3 times @ over a quid with the remainder of my redundancy money :-( Great, not! I need to work out my average which I'm guessing is in the 80s

Love your optimism I'll go with that :-) Didn't they drop after the last results though ? I think Mooky needs to start mentioning dividends to increase the SP, even if we won't see one for a while just mention it to keep investors interested :-)

I think you are correct however I did give thought at the time what I was going to say in my email to Mooky and I decided I wasn't going to ask him for any appeal updates just perhaps give some words of support over the insane verdict.

Well for those lucky enough to top up @ the Barbara caused deflated price of 27p-32p from mid December then she may have least done something good for you all when we rocket back up :-) Sadly I couldn't as I was recently made redundant after 30 years and spent my last disposal savings topping up 3 times in March/April when we were over a quid :-( ffs

Yes iParsnip I admit I was perhaps overly confidant we would win based on the evidence I'd seen during the case, I watched all of it every single day and logic suggested it was looking great for us.

I did have concerns too mainly that the judge would be protectionist & biased towards CP for simply being Canadian, which seems to be the case as she threw all logic out of window. Also, and perhaps more controversially, I had concerns she could be anti-semitism as she didn't seem to take to Mooky, Israel and Nissan at all (although I thought they were fantastic) quite clearly she never gave them the benefit of doubt which she gave to her darling CP CEOs. We will never know of course as she would never be admit it but protectionism and anti-semitism were both concerning me all the time, despite the fact I was confident in all the arguments we put forward all of which she quite clearly didn't believe

Actually Iparsnip I do recall quite clearly Bonkers was urging us all to be more cautious at the start of the court case pointing out that despite us having a strong case and seemingly our lawyers were doing well we could still loose

Happy to report that Shrewsbury Cineworld is busy and lots in the secret unlimited screening tonight, in fact I had trouble finding a parking space in the cinema car park ! :-)

That idea terrifies me Mountainous with all my money in CW shares :-( How would the bond swap affect those of us with all our shares in an ISA too? It seems such a messy and uncertain route just to get back to square one :-(

I bought the majority of my at 77p in June 2020 and 58p August 2020, I really wish I'd have sold at 124p back in the spring when we had the chance and all my problems here would be over, instead I was blinded by the 191p Mooky bonus and kept topping up at 104,109, 124 (as everyone seemed to be doing) waiting for the recovery :-(
