Go through in detail the allegation of breach made by against Cineplex by Cineworld and whether Cineworld was entitled to terminate the arrangement agreement

Address the conduct of Cineworld and the consequences that flow from that conduct

Address the remedies issue

Address the counter claim briefly

Miss RudeSarcasticAssumption will then deal the allegations of breach against Cineplex including the issues of Interpretation of law

I agree with you Wild judging on all the evidence presented in court we should win easily, especially with the analysis presented by our expert witnesses Sandy Walker and Enzo Carlucci they were brilliant. But I've watched a lot of court cases where I've thought the evidence was logical on one side only for the verdict to go the other way at the end. With our case being decided by one person (who could be biased solely on the fact CPX is an Canadian company) we could so easily loose on a technicality despite suxh strong evidence in our favour.

I think the wrong trial is a farce anyway, for a company to demand the full take over as compensation because a deal failed should never have gone before a judge. To make this case fair and reasonable this should only have been both sides claiming for costs and legal fees from the failed deal - that's all!

Yeah Mountainous it came back on about 2am but I'd already committed to an early night by then lol. I was dreading calling BT today and be told I had a fault with a 14 day target fix - maybe having heating controlled by Hive isn't such a great idea afterall - boilers with cover get repaired the next day (if no hot water or heating) but broadband doesn't! I worked for BT for 31 years I know how useless can be with an open fault.

I'm not so sure we will be OK but it would depend on what we are fined if we loose with CPX demanding (insanely and unfairly) the full $2.6 billion. If Barbara decided they should be compensated the full amount and we have to pay it with nothing in return how would it be funded? Borrowing $2 billion for a company takeover is one thing, asking the banks for it to pay a fine for nothing back for that money is another :-( I do hope you are right though! :-)

lol Mountainous, I take it you are missing the court case too :-) My memory of Mr Mark will depend on the outcome. If his rude-shouty-false-accusations tactics result in a win for CPX and we have a fine pushing us into further debt and thus knocking down the SP I'm going to be pretty annoyed with him. Anything however above a 0-0 draw (aka a win) I will remember him fondly for his entertainment value (special bus, no no no, dollar earned rant etc etc), I may even buy shares in his bus company lol

I would have been up until 4am too as I usually am but my broadband went off all night (thanks BT), with everything controlled by WiFi lights, TV, Heating now I got fed up waiting for it to come back on so went to bed early :-(

I just put 2 large palm trees in my basket in the sale on the Gardening Express website for £9.99 saving £30 on each tree but at the checkout they added another £6.99 for standard delivery so I decided against my purchase which would have looked fantastic on my patio despite the low price

@latpulldown it happened since with Halloween Kills and my rebooking of The Last Duel although there were no ads and trailers we just looked at the Cineworld logo screen for 20 minutes maybe it's just Shrewsbury Cineworld this week I'm not sure.

I'd rather not see trailers to be honest I always try and arrive after them as they contain too many spoilers, the Cine logo for 20 mins should stay lol

Unlimited Dune tomorrow and taking my Mum on a meercat to Bond (again) on Tuesday so ill see if they've fixed it :-)

I don't think Mr Mark is ever going to live the bus incident down Mountainous, he made a complete horse's arse of himself and hopefully Goodmans are embarrassed of the association :-) He must have been hallucinating on Miss Rosenthal's stash the night before to dream up such an insane analogy :-)

Glad you enjoyed it more than I did Mountainous :-) Maybe you had a good ride in the 4DX chair! I'm seeing Harry Potter in 4DX with my Sister in a few weeks. The best experience I had with that was Aquaman where they used loads of water obviously the floor was drenched in the Telford 4DX screen lol

Yes I was sadly disappointed with Venom I really like Tom Hardy and to see he co-wrote it made the disappointment even worse :-( The voice was sounding like Brian Blessed to me and far too comical to be of any threat, the CGI very lazy and overused and didn't you feel it wrapped up really quickly at the end? A bit like a modern Dr Who reboot episode (ie David Tennant suddenly conveniently finds a button that wipes out every Dalek hovering the planet in the last 5 minutes)

Halloween Kills was as expected, I'll try again with Last Duel over the weekend. Seeing an animation in the morning about polar bears I think - can't remember what it's called lol. Getting maximum use out of unlimited anyway!

Ive actually had more fun watching the trial than today's 2 movies, come back Mr Mark on your special bus - very entertaining :-)

Is no trailers this week no idea why, not sure if it's nationwide or just Shrewsbury Cineworld but I walked out of Last Duel as it had already started (and some huge fat f sitting by me stuffing his face loudly with popcorn which I can't deal with for 152 mins lol) exchanged ticket for Halloween Kills which is about to start.
The foyer was packed out, I asked what was selling tickets it's for Venom and Bond still :-)
