The whole trial is a farce, one person deciding if a company has to pay out over $2 billion (Canadian) to receive nothing in return because the company they were buying broke the debt limit agreement under a failed trade deal. I can't believe it was even allowed before a judge, the amount of their claim for damages is beyond a joke. Synergies are not a loss if the deal didn't happen!

I just saw Venom 3D totally lazy use of CGI and story wrapped up far too quickly at the end I thought. Not too many in the large screen but maybe because it was 3D which seems to be fading off nowadays, but there is a lot outside the cinema so hopefully customers coming in or out of other films. Just going into Last Duel hope thats better! :-)

Yes the saga of the school bus was bizarre for a court room hearing involving a cinema case but very entertaining, amusing also the calculated responses from Enzo who was completely bewildered :-)

... and so why in his view did Enzo get "reamed" ?! What a tool. As discussed here, with analysis and explanation, he was a brilliant expert witness for CINE. I hope he doesn't think Mr Mark's muddled School Bus analogy was an example of him being "reamed" lol

Yes Barbara said next session is back November 1st (on their website that's the Octo 20th link) and they had to produce their written submissions by the end of next week.

Goodmans tactics appear to be a mixture of sarcasm, shouting at the witness, accusations of lying without evidence especially over calls where there were no notes taken - "no of course you didn't take any notes" (Miss Julie Rude Rosenthal). In my last jobs I can't remember how many phone calls I had in the office with external customer without notes being taken sounds quite normal to me!

Mr Mark gave up on his school bus analogy smalltrader as he seemed to be confusing himself and frustrating the judge :-) Julie never returned for the final session, he continued to ramble on about probability factors which went nowhere

I think Mr Mark may have scored an own goal with his school bus business analogy as it highlights just how crazy CP's case actually is

I think there was only 'Peter' left from the "CP are winning this easily" mob Bonkers and he had no explanation to back up his theory lol

Also are dividends from USA shares still sheltered from tax?
