Yes as I understood it Mountain as Mooky is advising Cine's lawyer (Paul Steep) but is also being called as a witness himself Mr Steep requested the Judge's permission for Mooky to be able to hear the other witnesses - correct me if I'm wrong anyone?!

Yes Bonkers that one was totally pointless saying he was watching the live feed from the courtroom and offering no explanation for his conclusion, he may as well have been at Blackpool Pleasure Beach on a ride watching it on his phone! :-)

I saw the WFH post last night Bonkers, I can't believe they thought our guy was serious? I thought he was just having a laugh getting the CFO to explain what it meant because of the F in the middle as it could have meant something else, I actually laughed at that when he said it - maybe it went over their heads?!

Yeah as the judge said at the end we should have been well into the cross examination today but that's not even started. Until we get onto that and it starts to heat up there isn't much new we hadn't seen already yesterday
