Yes wrong dates, also note when you click on them they aren't for the dates as shown on the webpage as the dates were rescheduled for early November, YouTube shows the correct dates, ie:

October 20th > November 1st
October 21st > November 2nd
October 22nd > November 3rd

Yes smalltrader Julie was trying to prove the point that CINE deferred the payments as part of "ordinary course" of action but she never conveniently mentioned that, unlike CP, CINE were not under the terms of a trade agreement not to have a greater debt of $725 so what she was arguing was totally pointless and used as a distraction away from the actual facts. I just hope Barbara remembers that when she is reviewing that part for her verdict. It's so obvious CP were deferring payments so that CINE would have to pick up the tab once the deal had gone through

Yeah Puss anything less than 0-0 is definitely favouritism from the Canadian court, I was actually worried about that right from the start. What CP should have asked for in their claim is we are forced to buy them which wouldn't have been so bad, at least we would have got something for our $2.6 billion if we lost!

I think you are right KickThePuss and I would consider a 0-0 draw no payment to either side a win for us because they are asking for a $2.6 billion claim (totally insane in my view, not even we get Cineplex we just pay that to them) and we were asking for something around $30 million (?); so a draw would be a win in terms of what they are asking for - just a total waste of our time, money and caused a massive dip in our share price waiting for this to be resolved
