Absolutely Bonkers it's totally fine to disagree on a hostile take over and emailing Mooky, it's a discussion board so we can't agree on everything it would be dull otherwise :-)

My point about emailing him directly is simply that it won't do any harm whether he sees it or not

@Mountainous yes it's still there :-) It was there when I posted it but 10 mins later it vanished and it's not the first time it's happened, just like some days we get no posts for hours - must be a tech issue. I kept refreshing the page and restarting my phone and it wasn't there, only by posting another message did it reappear.

Assuming no out of court settlement it is a creative way out yes and I don't see an issue with it or speaking to Mooky personally

@Bonkers I'm not saying emailing Mooky Mountainous's idea would work but I don't see what harm it could do. His idea makes sense to me and if Mooky bins the email then so what at least he tried, if it prompts Mooky to realise a way out he hadn't thought of before then fantastic!

I don't see why the man himself isn't approachable I'm sure he would appreciate feedback and suggestions from supporters, as I said I did think about emailing him myself when Mountainous mentioned doing that at New Year
