Did you say you were on a train to Wandsworth Town from your coach stop? I'll be on one from Vauxhall after 8ish, it's a 15 minute walk to CINE then from the Stn according to Google Maps

Strangely Mountainous I asked Maria the registrar for CINE that question too see said

Well I'm glad it's not a suit job I haven't worn one for years and I doubt mine fits anymore lol. I probably be wearing a shirt and dark jeans :-)

@Mountainous I've just spoken to Halifax they hold the shares in a nominee account and therefore are not in my name. They are sending a letter of representation by recorded delivery tonight which I need to take with me, in the meantime in case that doesn't arrive the registrar has added me to the guest list.

Looks like all the sensibly prices rooms have gone at the Spread Eagle so I'll have to stay on my mates sofa in Vauxhall and catch an early train to Wandsworth Town

What time are you arriving by coach ?

It doesn’t sound like your shares are held directly in your name. I would suggest you contact Halifax and ask for them to provide you with a letter of representation. They should know what the letter is but it will need to state details of the shares you beneficial own and it needs to state clearly that they are giving you the authority to attend, speak and vote on all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of Cineworld Group Plc.

@Mountainous I tried the same journey using a PC and with a browser it's slightly different than the app in that when I select the 13:34 departure and 13:40 (or 18:32) return it simply offers me a flexible off-peak return for £79.40 on any off peak train returning within 1 month! No mention of advanced although I do usually book these if I see them available. I would have to add travel insurance of £2.50 for a refund provided I was ill

No of course I don't mind sharing the schedule, I'll be on the above journey times once I'm on the guest list :-) If I stay overnight in the Spread Eagle I can be close to Cineworld early if you and HNS_77 fancy meeting in a cafe beforehand? If I stay at my mates house in Vauxhall he's told me his wife is up at 7 for the school run which is kind of putting me off that option a little I don't like being a burden in someone's house lol

My mate in near Vauxhall has offered staying on his sofa to save on booking the hotel part, I may do that not sure yet. Still dependant on hearing from the registrar so Scott can add me to the guest list but I still don't have a reply :-( Just emailed Scott again asking what can I do, I'll also try calling Halifax ISA Monday morning as HNS got added that way. By then i bet the train will have gone up :-(

Yeah me too Mountainous I've written to Scott again explaining ive not heard from the registrar as I'm not sure how else I can be added to the list. The £79 rail option will disappear and the room at the Spread Eagle will be gone by the time he replies Monday no doubt :-(

Yeah I live outside Shrewsbury it's just my nearest Stn so have s journey before even getting on a train

Yeah I could get the 18:32 but I wouldnt get back to Shrewsbury until 22:14 then another 45 mins to drive home :-(

I've never used one before HNS, is that staying in someone's house renting out a room? Ive always used hotels/pubs

@Mountainous after playing with Trainline all night (yeah it's nearly 5am now lol) I've found I get there and back via Birmingham International for £79.40 on a complete return booking (please verify if you get chance...)

That leaves the more expensive Spread Eagle with a couple of rooms left. I also still need a reply from the registrar before Scott will add me to the guest list so I can book everything :-(
