I remember china did say that NvS confirmed to him by email that no further placements will be needed if none core assets are sold. Hopefully that also means no further funding of any type needed...sticky or unsticky.

Its this statement from MT that has me a bit worried Jambon..sounds like theyre not just stopping at FLFL. Shes talking as if its going to be a new source of income. Sounds a bit like selling the family jewels on the cheap to me.

Im not sure that giving away our website technology to the competition for 1.4m is such a good idea on the face of it but lets see. If were choosy enough about who we give it to it might work out. 40 was the total tra1. I thought 35m guess for Casa/Misisi was being conservative given that Nick definitely said mid double figures..which could be interpreted as 44/45m. I think he was put on the spot though so I wont hold him to it. Less than 30m would feel like a bit of a dissapointment though.

Yes its early days of course and lots of good news short term and then lots of waiting around for the Chey/Lum jorc. If its as good as we hope then well worth the wait. Still have high hopes of life changing profits here...all being well.

(A phrase that rarely works out for me), if we sell Casa for the stated by NvS (under slight duress I think) mid double figures..lets say 35m sterling for our share plus 4 to 5m for Sturec and 2m we already have from the so called stickies and the bit of loose change from Andiamo...maybe totalling around £40m...and on top of that some regular income from the csd (though not sure how much more we still need to invest there in plant to get the stuff onto the conveyor belt), do we think that will be enough to easily see us through to mid 2020? Maybe even to the end game if Nick brings in a jv partner for other lesser sites as hes said he will try to do...obviating the need to raise more money.

Well youd think that theyd know what theyre doing but the fact that batteries are being developed that work as well without cobalt is worrying. If they can produce them for the same price or cheaper then the price of cobalt will collapse.

No such thing as perfect timings in a smallcap mining stock and a few weeks here or there for the csd isnt important to me when we have such a massive prospect to prove up. More interested in seeing Misisi sold for a decent price so we can have some real chunky money to throw at drilling Chey/Lum and thats not really in NvS control.

Surprised the sp is going down, esp as buys seem to outnumber sells. Seems like a good opportunity to buy in to me, with possibility of rns this week.

to ramp up spending yet. Sorry for those looking for a quick killing here but (barrring a take over which doesnt seem likely in the short term) its not going to happen. Its still early days. Hardware and content have to be in sync. As hardware keeps improving and gains mass market appeal, thats the time to increase spending. Thats also the time were most likely to get taken out by one of the big boys.
They know what theyre doing re strategy so relax and wait for at least 12 to 24 months for your rewards.
No problem for me as a long term holder.

Anyway i have renewed confidence in Nick and the way hes running things in the right way to benefit us all.
SOLG sounds like a good punt but unfortunately when i pull my pockets out these days all i see is fluff.

Its always interesting to hear others experiences. What decisions they took and why.
I agree that directors buying (esp in large amounts) is one of the strongest indicators of wether a company will be successful and directors just enjoying a good lifestyle at everyone elses expense is one of the biggest negative indicators. Thats one of the things we all need to be looking out for.
I guess the thing is to pick yourself up as quickly as possible if youve taken a hit (which we all will do occasionally in this game) and look for the next opportunity. Nobody ever got rich by quitting.

I wonder how many here, talking, or thinking about the sp getting to 50p or a quid or 1.50 will be heavily slicing or selling at much lower levels. Its hard not to take a big profit and run but only those brave enough to hold on will get the life changing money.
Never been in that position so dont know what ill do.

I just hope someday i get the chance to find out

I guess when a share you buy drops more than say 50 or 60% then its a big decision wether to take a hefty loss or hold on and hope for the best.
In this case you made the right choice. I think i would probably (depending on the amount) have done the same as you and eventually mentally write it off and just hope it comes right.
What im really interested to know though is wether you sold some (or a lot) as soon as you broke even or went into small profit. Takes guts to hold on after such a big drop and then going back into profit.

I noticed we havent heard much from big mike joseph for a while. I know hes a busy guy but he used to give the odd comment to soothe our nerves a bit. Worked for me anyway because of the size of his investment and his stated intention of holding for the long term.

Either hes just as bored as the rest of us on here...or...maybe hes been asked to keep shtum because somethings imminent... Just a thought.
