Placings are normal when needed, for every aim explorer. Thats how they fund their explorations but why do you think there will be a placing now.. they have other options of funding such as a sale of assets or JV.

Section 97 has a hard time limit

Section 97 requires that:

An appeal must be lodged within 30 days of the person being notified of the decision of the Director / Committee.

This is a statutory deadline, not a guideline.

Once the 30 days expire:

The Minister has no jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.

The licence decision becomes administratively final.

Courts in Zambia (and comparable Commonwealth jurisdictions) consistently treat these time limits as mandatory, not discretionary.

They cant appeal Fulmar. He would have had to do so within 30 days of the license being granted or renewed.

If MM has enough money to waste, he has 30 days from the judgement to appeal. Its not guaranteed that he will be allowed to though and he would be unlikely to win. His reputation with the courts isnt improving.

Apart from that, the only other cases involving MM are the ones against him by Arc. Just a matter of time until its all over for him and we can move on.

Agreed Seis. We need MM and whoever hes stringing along with him, to stop their pointless camapaign against the company then we can move onto another JV, buy out, whatever. Peggy and the rest are irrelevant. Been invested here a long time now and feel like the rugs been pulled out just when things were looking promising.

Nothing wrong with the licenses, just need Zambian government to realise that mining and all the money it would bring to the country is likely to fail as long as such corrupt individuals are not dealt with.
