I remember that a lot of earlier posts around the time that Kalaba was drilled were talking up the potential there and the hype probably came as much from here as from ARCM. I dont remember specifics but there was some talk of it being the size of Sentinel and many of us wanted to believe that so much perhaps some of us started to believe it.

We have to be careful not to put our expectations up with our hopes. If you have your expectations too high then youll always be dissapointed.

Does anyone else on here remember seeing a revised list of targets after the map that showed Fwiji at nunmber 3?
Im sured i saw it pushed out to 9 but cant find where i saw it.

Yes absolutely..its becoming more clear to me now that we have more of a role here than just a lender/advisor. We are developing a relationship that wether it leads to an rto or not, will lead to something very big and profitable for both parties.

Maybe im being cynical but i do expect the price to drift back down a bit eventually, for no other reason that there dont seem to be as many long term holders these days as short term traders looking for a quick percent or two gains here and there. I see it with my other aim stocks.

Its definitely not one to short though because the majority of shares are tightly held by LTHs who can see the future multibag potential here and this will rise nicely with some steady good news coming in and when we get onto the radar of some institutional investors then... smug smiles all round for us LTHers

I still defend your right to post anything you like here wether positive or negative but you seem so down mate. The problem is the repetetive nature of your posts. Your saying the same things over and over which does just become a boring whinge for everyone else.

Reasons to be cheerful..

CSD production to begin immin....i mean soon. Lets say two to three weeks and is a few weeks over in rainy season such a big problem in the great scheme of things?

Sale of Misisi (Casa) and Sturec was never promised to happen in a certain time frame..it will happen when it happens. NvS says hes working on it but wants good value which is good enough for me. 'If' we have to take a bit of further dilution its not the end of the world but according to the man, we have enough funds to keep us going until the back end of this year..lets say October or November, which still leaves us 7 to 8 months in which to sell one or tuther or both.
He also said that if both are sold then we should have enough funds to take us to the end game.

Ok its a bit dissapointing that Kalaba isnt the motherload but I think to be fair we were probably getting a bit over excited and expecting too much without really knowing the size of it. Its not a Kalumbila but its big enough to provide a decent steady income to cover overheads while we focus on what we hope will be the real motherload, Cheyeza West and Lumbeta. No guarantees on those either but you dont get guarantees in a small cap AIM mine exploration company. Lets face it were all taking a big gamble but we have a great chairman and team with plenty skin the game. One thing I like about NvS is that hes not the oily second hand car salesman type. He comes over to me as an honest stand up guy who isnt going to put a sales spin on everything he says.

Macro factors looking good for copper with a predicted steady rise for the next year or two.

Sp short term I really dont care about. Im in this for the long term and expecting a few multiples.

Steady news stream to come...CSD production, sale of non core assets, further sample results and first drilling results from Cheyeza West and Lumbeta.
First drills planned to go in end of this month, weather permitting.

Depends on your mindset wether you see positives or negatives. At the moment im feeling confident in my investment here, so seeing more positives than negatives.
That could change at any point in the future. If you dont like to take risks then forget the rewards.

I agree about the csd because weve heard a lot of information about it and know its likely to be in production soon..lets say in a week or two given testing and weather permitting but not so much info about the Kalaba Jorc or sale of other assets but it will work out better for the sp if the news is drip fed anyway rather than all at once.

Csd...nice little rise...Kalaba jorc...all being well another nice rise hopefully taking us above 5p then sale of Casa and Sturec...boom...sorry got carried away...maybe 8p. Then some good soil results from Chey Lum 10p followed by excellent results from first drills there..20p and further drilling resulting in offers from majors..50p.....sold 70p.

Just a tongue in cheek prediction. Who knows???

Dont be disheartened by the late news on the csd or jorc on Kalaba. Remember its rainy season there and were many miles from any proper roads. Even a six legged donkey would have trouble getting through much of the time, never mind heavy plant, trucks carrying heavy parts etc.

To me, NvS buying is more significant and the other news will come soon enough.

Directors buying good amounts is a real confidence builder..even more so when its the Executive Chairman putting his own money down with the rest of us.

News of the tie up with Comarco in the short term is the answer to your question. Its true that we have nothing concrete at the moment but if you believe..buy/add..if not then dont buy/sell.

Havent done much research on Mr Roach but im aware he doesnt have a great reputation with some, but dont know if its deserved. David Lenigas on the other hand, has vast experience at boardroom level in many companies and most of the companies hes been involved with have done well after he joined. Hes a deal maker and im confident that a deal is being done between us and Comarco that will transform both companies in the same way that the whole team have transformed the foods businesses with much 'increased' revenues and turning them around from loss making to now being in profit at the ebitda level. Im looking forward to further good news there as the business is grown.

We know the foods businesses arent big enough as yet to justify our main market listing and thats why were involved with Comarco, which is s very big private company in need of funds and wether it results in an RTO or not, Im confident that there will be some sort of tie up that will lift the share price. Management are also actively looking at other opportunities to grow the company and increase value for us.

Respected businessman and investor Mike Joseph recently invested significantly in the company. Just maybe he knows a little bit more than you Joe.

Dont know where you get your figures on directors fees being 10% of market cap but yes, directors are paid a salary and it comes out of the companies funds. Thats how businesses work.
We all hope the directors are paid appropriately to the success or otherwise of the company.

I have to say that I would like to see more (significant) buying from the directors on the open market. It would show that they have confidence in their abilities and helps to give us all confidence that our investment is worthwhile plus it helps lift the share price.

Dont gamble on the horses personally but good luck if thats your thing.

It will come good for those with the patience to wait. Some just dont have what it takes to be a long term holder . They get bored and see other opportunities but if you jump out here and buy something else..whos to say you wont lose even more on that share, while this comes good.
Im waiting for as long as It takes here. Im hoping to sell somewhere between 5 and 10 pence eventually but that could take another year or two..or longer. If you cant wait that long and are addicted to the chase then better to sell and good luck. Hope it works out whatever you decide.

I know its easy to become a bit paranoid with conspiracy theories but I honestly do believe that there are organised groups of unscrupulous people who latch onto a certain share on bulletin boards to deramp so they can buy in cheaper and wait for a quick profit, esp when they know news is due. Ive seen it so often elsewhere. This recent lot are quite amateurish compared to some though.

Would be interesting. Liquidity would take a hit so not so easy to buy/sell and buying at rock bottom shorted prices would be a thing of the past. Not defending it...i buy and hold..never shorted but it might not be as great as we think.

Hopefully well finally get the csd finished this month and hire a couple of mechanical diggers and a big truck (or solgs donkey) to feed it.
