Dont think the market even knows were here at the moment. Even small investors can move this up fast though and I do expect some big news soon.
Dont want to talk too much about the sp because it will sound like ramping but for those with a long term view this could be a very big winner.

Get the feeling that most will be out (taking profits) before it happens though. Trading seems to be the thing now. Some will win most will lose or will make small profits. Keeps the market makers happy though and each to their own.

Of course you should keep posting china..even if what you have to say is negative its your right and at least if you prick a few people it stimulates good debate. Im with you on the rights issue. "All" shareholders should be offered the same deal..not just directors and family offices..what does that mean anyway..family offices. I dont imagine that many family run offices have suitcases full of money to throw around. Were talking about the rich and privileged and id like to know what relationship do they have to any of the directors of our company.
We all take the same risks with our money..most of which is bloody hard earned I should say.

If the majors want 80 to 90% of our assets for a jv they can take a flying leap into a very deep hole!

Far better to raise the funds we need and jorc chey/lumb then see what theyre offering. Might take a bit (or lot) longer but much better than giving it away for 10 or 20% of its full value.

NvS knows what hes doing and im confident that hell maximise the value for us all.

I think its fair to say that you and others in the same boat, who were in early at such a high price, esp those who are still averaging down are the "real sticky investors"

Sp isnt my concern at the moment. Scale of what we have in the ground is most important.
Tmescale has always been 12 to 24 months for me but if sp drifts down a bit because some have lost their nerve and sell or reduce to look for shorter term gains elsewhere, i think its a mistake that others can capitalise on.
News is imminent (theres that word again) that should (hopefully) push the sp up at least into the 4s or 5s. Would be nice if 5s were the new base to bounce off but lets wait and see. Whats most important is getting some drills in at Chey/Lum and then on the results we can start to get an idea of what we want to do with our investment

Yes fulmar i was getting a bit carried away re the solar farm. Of course as were not producing copper (ie smelting) then we wont need so much power. We could still get some brownie (or greenie) points with the Zam govt by doing it on a smaller scale though and leave the grander scale to the producers. Seen some nasty things on tv recently about mining in africa and they could do with some positive press.

Dont really understand this NEX. Thought we were a main listed company on LSE. When i looked up the NEX it doesnt show a listing for AAAP and that large trade doesnt show up here but obviously theres been a big buy as the sp has risen over 6%.

The solar farm is a great idea fulmar..actually thought about it myself a bit back while reading about the difficulty getting power to those remote places.

It would go down well with the Zambian gov im sure and they should help us with a grant. Whats greener than a solar farm and could be sold off at the end of the mine life.

NvS seems to be of good character from what ive seen and read but trust doesnt come easy to me due to past experience, so ill be reserving my final judgement for 12 to 18 months time. By then I hope hes led us all to an amazing return on our investment and that will be the time to really sing his praises.

In my opinion, the outcome will depend on wether what we have been told already about kalaba is accurate...the jorc will tell us that, and how good the new targets are. The drilling and jorc will tell us that.

One thing that nags at me sometimes is if Kalaba is as good as its been hyped up to be, then why arent we fighting off offers from majors for it. Would be great to sell it then move on to jorc and sell the so called motherload. Would happen much sooner if we had more funds and didnt have to rely on a couple of mill here and there from the stickies to keep us going.

I know its stating the bleeding obvious but our fate now is...how good is the motherload really going to be after its been proved up.

Mr Roach doesnt always enjoy a good reputation it seems, esp where it comes to remuneration. Ive heard him accused of some dodgy dealings for his personal gains but then whos to know if its true or not.
Hopefully hes doing a good job for us at a reasonable wage. Only time will tell but as long as hes doing good work for us and helps us to a good profit on our investment then im happy.

Come on lets not spoil the good relations we usually have here. WERE HERE FOR DEBATE. We all have different opinions and shouldnt be getting annoyed or snappy when we hear something we dont like.

I have respect for NvS and still have faith in him but that can at any time change.

Ive been investing for long enough (since before the dotcom bubble) to know that things can change and we can easy be blinded by our faith in our own investments, esp if we have a lot of our hopes and dreams tied up in them.

The last thing I want is one sided debate and those who say what we dont agree with to be rounded on. I want hear everyones opinions, even feeks may have some things to say that can help with debate.

My view on the youtube and social media is not to trust it and its irrelevant how many people are looking..all that matters is how many are buying and how that affects the profits.

We cant even trust a companies (even ftse 100 companies) accounts..so much can be hidden, so why would we trust some youtube or social media statistics.

If anyone likes to believe it then good if not also good. Its just my opinion.

Ill wait until i see some real figures and then make a judgement on wether they can be believed before investing more here.

Thanks for the link. Havent had time to hear it yet but looking forward to it. Dont suppose anyone asked why the so generous terms to the "sticky" investors. As has been said, its not normal practice to offer a free warrant with every share purchase. Ive never seen it done before.
Anyway ill give it a listen to see if there are any answers to my questions.
