At the moment, the market capitalisation of HUR is £870m whereas Centrica is 9 times higher at £6.3b and so any 'winnings' from GWA would probably enhance the sp of HUR a lot more than Centrica.

There didn't seem to be much new to learn in the interview.
But it seems to be more and more to me that Hurricane are no longer looking for a take-over or farm-in and now intend to go it alone on GLA.
It seems that they will use funds from the EPS to fund their share of GWA development which in turn will supply funds to fully develop GLA at a later stage.

At this moment it is showing volume 3.1m and turnover 141.2m

My question is "Could some-one explain what turnover is?"

If you are right (and I suspect that you are ) then that's rather sad.
After all, what are the 'ship-watchers' (including myself as an amateur) going to do to fill in their time.
The drills on GAW are running a bit late and anyway results won't be out for months.
So what else is there to discuss?

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that the off-loading tankers will hold about 500,000 barrels of oil.
So as soon as the 'ship-watchers' report tankers leaving the AM every 25 days approx. then this to me would seem to be a pretty good indicator that 20k/day had been reached.
And that's not BS Cebo!
But it will be months (as you say Aduk) before it being certain.

I agree, it looks like HUR has a great future the way things are turning out … but strangely I find this a bit disappointing.
I was hoping that after 6 months of collected data from the Lancaster EPS and once the concept had been proven (I know Adoubleuk doesn't like people using that expression but can't think of an alternative at the moment ), that a large player would come along and buy the Co. out at a large premium … and we'd all live happily ever after.
But now it looks like HUR want to do their own thing and FFD could take years.
By the way the SP is behaving, it looks like quite few people are also disappointed.

Once oil tankers start to arrive on a regular basis will be a good indication that production is starting to ramp up.
Sixty days would indicate 10k/day, thirty days 20k/day.

I was just pointing out that Malcy was definitely hinting that FOIL will not be 3 weeks (as a lot of people on this board are expecting) but much more likely to be more than 2 or 3 months.

I think you're right ... he does seem to be waffling.
I think that he knows more than he wishes to let on in so much as FOIL will be later than everyone is expecting.
But he doesn't feel that he's the one to pass on that information

On second thoughts, it would be easier to just subtract 3 months from date of FOIL and select the closest to that date .. and just hope that it isn't 29th, 30th or 31st of May in which case there wouldn't be a winning date!

How about asking the REV to automatically add 3 months to each guess for FOIL, thus ensuring that a needy charity will receive some added funds?

I'm impartial in picking 3 months being as I'm not in the sweepstake myself.
