The £0.7m was, in effect, an arrangement fee for the original financing deal.

You do not know that this has not been paid already or still has to be paid, even though the deal has now been cancelled.

These finance houses usually want their pound of flesh, and usually get it......

They apparently no longer need this £15m but need a maximum of £4.8m (£6 less £1.2).

However, we do not know that "product is flying of the shelves". ZOE will not confirm sales figures or revenue and do not plan to do so until the end of July (as per RNS 16th April).

WE do know that £1.2m (plus arrangement fees?) was needed to cancel the recently agreed finance deal announced on 9th March that the joint CEO described as...

Now turns out, not such an ideal financial partner!

The original RNS referred to the £0.7m option premium fee.........

In addition, the Company has agreed to pay a 2% option premium fee on the facility for a total of £0.7 million. The fee is expected to be paid from the proceeds of the Minimum Draw Down Amount and will be paid in full within the first twelve months of the Agreement.

It is not clear whether this £0.7m fee was still payable on top of the cancellation fee. If it was, that is another £700k to be found.

Throw in why they allowed triple discounts to be received simultaneously on the website, why they sold products nearing their best before date, the very questionable review dates on website (especially the lack of recent updates).......

Yes, I learned a very harsh lesson six years ago in not believing the hype of apparent LTHs in a share. I stupidly invested heavily in AMC, believing the hype of many on the old iii BB. My own research was indeed rather flawed. Anyone with genuine opposite views and opinions were shouted down and labelled as shorters/derampers. The sp subsequently fell from 40p to 1p and yes , I didn't sell and still hold, hoping.......

This BB reminds me of those days.....most are unwilling to listen to other views.

Personally, I have dipped my toe into ZOE at 57/58p with £6,250. I am comfortable should I lose this total amount, should ZOE prove a flop. I personally think the Zoetic brand is probably a waste of time. I think it will be very difficult to significantly break into this already saturated market. I do, however, think the Chill brand has some potential. On that basis, I am happy to possibly throw away £6,250 as an initial buy in. Should ZOE prove that Chill is actually selling in the stores then I will increase my holding.

Just shows that you should be very wary of these so called LTH with apparent "sticky hands" and should certainly not dismiss opinions from others that may question the Co and the RNS issued.

So annualised, approx £104,000 online revenue. Possibly a tad more as October sales were up on September sales.

Sorry, I do not do technical. Prefer to use fundamentals. Hence, the need for ZOE to confirm sales figures and revenue.

Pictures of Chill in cabinets are great. They show that Chill is in available to purchase in some stores (but we knew that didn't we?). What we do not know is if these stores are actually selling Chill. Obviously, we do know that online sales are very low (as per latest accounts) but we need to know store sales and revenue.

two packs a week at $10 retail, $5 wholesale, 30% profit margin would give $156 per store per annum.

if this is eventually rolled out to 88,000 stores over say five years, this would $156 times 88,000 equals $13.7m profit.

pe of 10 would give a mcap of $137m/ £105m so an sp of approx 46.67p

If you buy at 40p, this would give you a return of about 16% over five years. Better than bank interest rates presently. Not as high as some on here are projecting. But profit is profit.

Need ZOE to confirm sales figures of two packs per week really to frank these figures up. And obviously a roll out from projected 3,500 to 88,000.

As stated previously, the market is reacting to the recent RNS which although dressed as a Trading Statement had no actual sales or revenue figures. ZOE needs to issue a proper trading statement to the market.

Fundamentals would suggest that until ZOE come out with actual sales and revenue figures, then the sp will continue drift lower.

The market is still reacting to the recent RNS which was fronted as a trading update. Sub 60p and then sub 50p and then sub 40p etc until ZOE address this, in my opinion.

Perhaps LTH sticky fingers are not as sticky after all ?????

ZOE know how the store sales are going (or should know) so why not inform the market. The longer this goes on, the more suspicion there will be that sales are not going that well.

For transparency, I am personally waiting for confirmed sales and revenue before buying in. BB2.
