If you are correct then great. As I say, I intend to add to my holding at 43p. But if so, why do the CEOs not give a proper trading update rather than the drivel in the last one. Most Companies would want to inform the market of such good news, if true.

The RNS stated "from a number of new and existing shareholders". There is no mention of the CEOs taking part. From my experience, if CEOs take part in a placing then they usually disclose this in the RNS as the market would probably see this as confidence etc. So as stated, it appears to me that they did not. However, I may be wrong of course. However, if the CEOs did take part, why have they not stated as such in the RNS? In addition, there would need to be a directors dealing disclosure as well ?

I thought my position was clear.

I have invested an initial, throw-away, amount of £6,250 as there is some potential in the Chill brand. I do believe that ZOE is currently vastly over-priced based upon fundamentals and valued largely upon hype. I do think the sp will go down in the short term, especially if the CEOs continue to keep shareholders in the dark as regards sales figures and revenues. However, I have decided to invest an initial amount, just in case I am incorrect and the CEOs come out with something positive as regards sales figures and revenue. If the sp tanks to fill the gap at 43p then I will add a modest amount. If the sp rises on the back of actual proven sales figures and revenue then I will add (significantly, if appropriate).

My initial stake and any modest additional amount at 43p is/would be from funds that I am willing to lose in full.

Basically, some potential in Chill which is why I am willing to invest (if and it is a big IF, it does a Fevertree then I will be in). However, currently many red flags which make me cautious.

I think that is a bit harsh.

We do not all do charting and technicals etc, I do not personally. However, some do and it is worth listening to their opinions. Basically, Vas is stating that if the sp breaks the 200MA at 57p/58p then it could well go down to fill the gap at approx 43p. Why would you not be interested in that opinion. To me, it may be a consideration to add to my holding a little bit at 43p, while awaiting ZOE to confirm sales figures and revenue.

Potential for sure (Chill) . But I do not buy this "not leaving a roadmap" nonsense.

Poor sales figures (compared to the hyped up expectations) would certainly spook the market. But investors being treated like mushrooms, will also eventually spook the market.

It appears that the joint CEOs did not take part in yesterdays fund raise (not disclosed yet if they did). Obviously, not sure if they elected not to or were not allowed ???

So the ZOE gap you mention at 43p to 51.5p, when is this deemed to be filled. If is the bid price or offer price or closing price that matters. Does it (which price?) need to go to 43p for it to be deemed filled ?

On the flip side, I assume a stock like Fevertree must have lots of unfilled gaps?

There is a well-informed poster on other boards (called Geng) who strongly believes that ALL gaps get filled EVENTUALLY. I personally do not do charts etc but what is the gap that you mentioned? Are there any others?

But I suppose your advice would be to believe everything you read on a BB, bury your head in the sand and hold ZOE no matter what happens. Basically, hold and hope for the best ???

Good advice from Vas, there.
You posted previously that you are "all in" on ZOE and have "brought others in " which I assume means recommending ZOE to family and friends. Very brave to go "all in" but also in my opinion at this present time, very risky. From reading your posts, you do seem a top, top bloke and very genuine. Hopefully you have done you research and are not relying upon posts on a bulletin board from people that you do not know.
I am certainly not giving you advice here, but would suggest that you have an planned exit strategy (or partial exit strategy), both for a rising sp and falling sp. Protect your capital in both possible outcomes.
For what it is worth, I personally think the Zoetic brand will struggle to significantly break into the already saturated market. However, the Chill brand certainly has potential. Some bill it as "the next Fevertree", which is possible. However, the elevated sp could well tank should ZOE not soon confirm sales figures and revenue. That is not to say, it would not possibly recover again later.

initial buy of 418 @58p followed later by 4268 @58p, 1707 @57.60p 4275 @57.95p.

All done purely based upon possible potential for Chill but willing and able to lose the whole amount. I am very much "on the fence" regards ZOE. So basically, punt money. I will add, if and when ZOE confirm sales and revenue figures.

Thank you for taking the time for a constructive post. Very refreshing.

You may feel that I pick out the negatives, and you are probably right. I try to disregard the blatant ramping that is going on here. I try to look at things in a balanced manner. If questions need to be asked, then I will ask them.

I do feel there are several red flags here. But I do see some potential, which is why I have bought in with a small entry investment.

Once ZOE announce sales figures and revenue, we will all know a bit more as regards the potential.

Until then, I will ask questions and not be sucked in by the ramping brigade.
