Just read the following post on the other site from 1tx....

Here is a list as of yesterday of CBD product makers the small Florida based marketing organisation AATAC are currently listing as preferred vendors to stores they claim to supply:CB Trees,Eco Therapy,Dr Zoggs,Aspen Valley,Kavako,Cure CBD,Windy Hill,Purwell,Captiva,Creating Better Days,DD8,Tribe Tokes,Remedy Rolls,Vance Global,Real Pure,Niota,Realax,Med CBD,Pure Source,Green Roads,Hawaai,Panther Wellness,Wyld CBD,Weller CBD,Heritage CBD,Super Speciosa.But just LOL Zoetic & Chill not mentioned!!!!!CBD products formed a totally disproportion part of their rather dire product offer.Dream on if you expect Chill to be in 3500 stores by June let alone 80,000 by whenever.........

Although he is probably being "mischievous", he does raise a valid question or two.

Firstly, why is Chill not mentioned in the AATAC website? There is a section for "cool new products" as well as "smoking and tobacco products" but no reference to Chill!

Secondly, we do know that Chill is now being sold in some of the SF stores. However, I have not seen any evidence of Chill in any other store. So which stores , in relation to the "expected 3,500 stores by July" are we expecting to stock Chill? Has anyone any evidence of any stores other than SF currently stocking Chill?

Genuine questions , any answers please?

I agree that Florida is a positive.

For the record, four of the six were fairly positive on sales and two of the six were more negative. At the end of the day, the important thing is not so much the initial "novelty" purchases but rather the amount of resales to returning customers. One thing that I was unaware of was the competition that ZOE will need to compete for sales against. I, for some unknown reason, had it in my mind that Chill was a "niche" product and the CBD was a definite USP. However, three of the twelve stores mentioned Derby Day CBD Hemp Cigs and one store mentioned Tree-Rolls CBD Hemp Pre-Rolls.

However, I would like to respectfully engage with you as regards your response to his. Hopefully, we can have a balanced discussion....

.........The AATAC distribution deal is for the full 88,000 stores..... I assume that you are NOT expecting Chill to be available in all of these stores? AATAC do not decide which products their members sell. It has been mooted that products are put in a catalogue as an introduction to members. Not sure if this is correct or not.........

.........of course and then there’s 800 Smoker Friendly stores as well....... Again, I assume that you are not expecting Chill to be sold in all SF stores. The SF website states "OVER 800 INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED RETAIL STORES". My research has, so far, identified that Chill is currently in five shops out of eleven contacted and not currently in six of them. Interestingly, I was told by one store that as they are "independent" they will not be stocking Chill. I was told on this call that Chill would be available in the 180 "Corporate" stores rather than the "independent" stores. Not sure if this is accurate. However, the SF website does show some stores are actually SF and other are various other names....

....In lots of those now too.... As previously stated, my research shows 5 out of 11.....

.....that SF agreed to full store access.... I have not seen this confirmed, see my comments above re "corporate and independent"............

So some points for us to discuss in a balanced discussion ????

Half yearly rather than quarterly as stated in RNS and confirmed recently by LC (from memory). With operational updates in addition. This is when people get disappointed, when they are waiting and expecting something that has NOT been promised. In saying that, I do agree that it should be quarterly (as per SLP).

It is commonly believed that Smoker Friendly is the “Retail Chain” referred to in the RNS of 24th Feb. For clarity, this has NOT been confirmed by ZOE. Yesterday you stated that SF have 869 stores. Can I ask how many of these stores you think are currently stocking Chill.

Different exchanges have different rules. Have seen this many times with stocks on ASX. Equally, where ASX is halted and AIM continues. Nothing new here, completely normal.

As disclosed, the pending announcement is "pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to further findings on ArtemiCTM"

As a matter of interest what made you both buy HNR. I bought a few originally on the back of Robert Price. I went to a ProActive Investors Evening at the Chesterfield Hotel in London. This American/Canadian guy stood up and delivered the most eccentric presentation that I have ever seen. Good salesman, if nothing else! I bought some for a punt on the back of it!

Could you please elaborate on the hard facts that I am trying to hide.

How many actual stores are actually selling Chill as at 30th April?
How many sales?
What revenue received?
Or to make it easy, what orders for Chill have been placed by the much talked about distributors in order to stock the above stores?

Perhaps you could enlighten me with these hard facts as I cannot find them amongst the waffle in the RNSs.

Just called again and spoke to Michael. Sell one (smokes not pouch) per week (to the same customer). He, personally has not tried them so could not comment on them.
