Vas, that is a good point. I am a non smoker and never have been so I can’t really comment. However, I am led to believe it is the draw of the cigarette that smokers trying to quit desire rather than patches etc. However, as you say if is the nicotine that is desired then..... interesting one!

I have wondered about the SF deal. If an alcoholic goes into an off licence, he is hardly going to come outdoors if with a bottle of water.. I am probably wrong but just a thought...

No problem Vas, I will have a look. I will have a look at 5 per day but do have a look at my post to Ale. My (yes limited) research has so far showed only one shop selling more than 3 per day, which is why so am using 3 as an avg. I do think numbers will (hopefully) increase as the month and years tuck by but several shops did state it is a new product and very early days etc as regards sales numbers.

Ale, just to add to that. I am not saying stores will not sell more in the future. But we are in the early months of year one. It is a new product in the stores. It will take time for sales numbers to (hopefully) increase.

Sell more than 10-11 items per day, on average? Interested in your thought as I am personally currently working on 3 items per day. My research, based upon small sample only, shows that currently only one store contacted is selling more than 3 per day.

My mistake you are using £10 per day, I for some reason thought you were using £15. So on my calcs you are using 7 items a day per store not 10-11. Still too high for me, mind.

I think you are using too higher profit figure, personally. For PE you need net profit. My understanding is retail price per unit $10 of which ZOE receive $5 as wholesale price. Margin currently 30% which hopefully will rise to 50%, so let’s be say 40% to be generous presently. That is $2 per product sold as profit, so about £1.40. You figures are therefore using 10-11 items per day which is way too high (in my opinion) . I am using an average of 3 items sold per day per store (some sell 5, some sell 1 etc).

I will have a further look at your figs a bit later and compare it to the revenue figs that I did and posted last week.

I will try and add a bit of detail to the one word reply that you have received to your question....

May last year this share price was 5p. On the back of several RNSs (which clearly showed that this share certainly has some potential), this share was ramped and hyped up to a high of £1.08 in March of this year. This valued the Co at approx £200m (with next to no income), clearly over-valued based on fundamentals. The share price has since dropped back as, I would suggest, some longer term holders have taken profits to preserve capital and some "spiked" shorter term holders have lost patience and bailed out. So the share price now sits at approx 49p valuing the Company at just over £105m.

I suggest that you read the many RNSs to get a flavour of the potential here. However, the Co need to now demonstrate that the products sell both to new customers and equally to repeat customers. Once they can demonstrate this then hopefully we shall see the share price begin to rise again.

I do agree with blue that there does NOT appear to be one big seller presently.

Quite clearly, the sp did not visit these lows on the stated days. I assume there are errors that you would ignore. As such, the gap at 43.60p is still currently open ??

Hi Steve,

Fully agree. Any new or potential investor should certainly read the most recent Company RNSs....

They should not pay too much attention to the comments of this, or any other, bulletin board. There are some rampers out there who are easily spotted. They usually surface on the morning of an RNS will lots of hyped-up drivel.

Good luck to any newbie looking in. This share certainly has some potential but, as usual, patience will be needed to hopefully realise that potential.

Europe seems to have completely gone cold currently since it was originally mentioned.....

As regards UK, nothing since the launch party and smokes not yet on the new website yet. Would definitely be good to know what happens next in this regard.......

I just think that "the market" seems to have "got a hold" of this share presently. No matter what RNS is issued, the rampers come out to play, the sp goes up initially and then drops back and subsequently drifts lower.

To break "the shackles" I think "the market" is waiting for sales (and importantly re-sales) to be proved. If so, then hopefully we will start to see the undoubted potential here be realised.... In reality the last Chill update didn't really tell us anything other than Chill had been stocked in some stores (which we already knew).....

No worries for me, I am happy to take a five year view with my investment here so just need to be patient.

Yes, yesterday's sub 50p disappeared quickly. Fully agree, would possibly be good to visit 40p ish quickly and then build back from there (hopefully).

As you say, probably will drift lower while awaiting news. Very easy for those that bought "the hype" to loose patience and sell out at a loss to protect capital. LTH mention sticky hands but difficult for those that bought high to ignore the noise....

No sure about ramping up the news flow, I think it is all about sales now. Roll on July, and hopefully confirmation of good sales from mid May to end June.

I will top us again at 40p and then again when sales confirmed etc...

If the product is going to sell then it doesn't really matter, does it. Not sure how it works with Zoe, as Zoe seems to supply the distributor who then supply the stores.

Two small top ups for me yesterday at 49p and 50p.

I listened to the TW podcast last night. He referenced whether the recent sales figures in April and May were on a sale or return basis (where stock can be returned if unsold), which is a good question.

Next top up planned at 40p-43p, if gap is visited.

I am not expecting news till end of July, so no rush really.

Zoe have never done actual quarterly updates, they have done one-off updates previously.

However, in the RNS dated 17 May, they stated....

"Going forward, the Group intends to report on its sales on a quarterly basis."........

However, we do not know the expected date of the first quarterly report.

In the same RNS, it was stated.....

"We look forward to updating the market further when we report our full year results in July."......

From previous years, I believe the full year accounts are due around 26th July.

Also the triggering of the MPAA if taxable income (in addition to TFC) is withdrawn at 55 (unless the "small pots rule" is being used) is a consequence.

Just to add, the Junior ISA allowance is currently £9,000 per annum per child, so plenty of £ available to be invested.

I, too, have added some ZOE shares to my son's Junior ISA.
