I've read a few posts suggesting that there will be a Telfer update soon. Is this correct? - I ask as it wasn't that long ago that we had an update ref Telfer and the latest corporate presentation doesn't suggest that there will be one. Any clues?

Interested in any views that Rentokil could be in a similar position to Bunzl? Their results today causing the SP to crater. - Any thoughts?

If you click on the date link to the right hand side of the screen there is a link to download the date. For the year end results the calendar date is 14th. Then for the quarterly its the 23rd April.

They aren't buying a used car, this is a massive business decision, their own board will want certainty of audited accounts.

Zero chance of a bid happening before shares are suspended. Its an easy decision to agree an extension. A bid will happen, there is too much credibility lost with the current leadership, if you're a client, you would move away from Wood as they couldn't be trusted. Clients buy on emotional aspects as much as anything. Wood will be succesful unde the Sidara banner. Audited accounts will be prepped and shared with Sidara, bid will happen (probably 80p). Still a big gamble for us though.

On the share consolidation, I'm reading that ASX requires options to be at 0.2ASD minimum, regardless of the current SP. There are staff options of 0.1GBP on the books. . So a consolidation of 100:1 as a minimum would be required????. I've not seen mention of it by GGP myself, be useful to get a link to the data if anybody has it . I'm no expert and this is how I'm reading the ASX guidance - any thoughts?

@Jenashon - they were showing 10.5m in September accounts, the holding is the current market value at that time rather than the purchase price

Barcap, unless you are the short, you couldn't possibly know that a new short opened at 115. We will see today the impact and in expect a marginal reduction with some increase over the coming days on the basis that they are in deep and will need to average up whilst retaining short position

JP Morgan reduced their stake by 10% of their holding - biggest drop since 11th March

Only the one Form 8.3 received so far today - any views on that?

Blackrock has stopped shedding and Barclays reduced their short.
