Island - depends on the conversation between theose the placing was being raised with "please don't issue the numbers yet" etc etc - always a strategy quite likely one that may look great to us at face value but in there somewhere is shenanigans that will help the BOD out too!

People do seem to be picking up the sells petty quickly though. its a relatively low risk punt at these levels though. Wish I could say the same for mine!

I'd agree if it weren't for the fact that having this money available enables the compnay to improve on the potential outcome. This time, it will rise again, it has provided a new bottom for us.
