I take a look at the tenement register from time to time, there's been no new tenements applied for or granted since 10th september, and the applications that are in at the moment would probably take a while before being granted. However, the most recent application which LOTM previously flagged too does have an update. Both greatland and Newcrest have raised an objection (the deadline was yesterday, but it looks like they objected a few weeks ago). This one is 45/7169 and is directly NW of Telfer. I find it interesting that these guys have objected, maybe rattled, but if we have something they want, its got to be a good thing! It doesn't seem to be possible to see why GGP objected. Because this is simply an announcement of a strategic review, there is no requirement for Boom to make an announcement at any particular time. If an offer were to be received (which could happen at any time) then it should be made immediately public. The only current expectation is that existing holders (above 1%) should declare themselves.

Charta - I feel like lenigas has tried to "manage expectations" with his comment on twitter ref 10-12 weeks for assays on other projects in Oz. I'm not really a conspiracy theorist, but, if you've had a heads up on hole 1 assays and they are "below average" you may want to see if you can get hole 1 and hole 2 assays at the same time. WHilst I appreciate that market sensitive knowledge should be released asap, how difficult would it be simply to say to ALS "have you done every single bit of QA on those test results" and get things delayed a little on the first set of results. Holding for gold - I've got nearly 2m shares here so i've got everythign crossed

Justrbeen checking on FDR - they don't seem to have used Expert Geophysics - clearly they should have. Also, wondering if there was a bit of rumour coming out of the area that a drill was turning out to be a duster, and it got linked to us. Now the FDR news is out, we might rebound a little.

They know we're frustrated, and there will be a get out point (what's the point otherwise) - but for me, this is a great opportunity to top up. We know there won't be results this week an assays, we know there might be some hole 2 data, but that is not going to support the SP as much as it has done, as we're lacking faith right now. But, the assays (which i think will be out back end of next week) will be good (i anticipate). Expert Geophysics have pretty much staked their entire pipeline of work on it. If it comes out as a duster, then Geophysics are going to struggle to sell their services to others in the future. Stay strong, top up and of course DYOR.
