Daffy I believe the company were hanging their hat on the DRC contract as WHY else would they consider going ANYWHERE near it ….. it’s a commercial nightmare.

They also altered their year end to capture it as I believe the Auditors would never have signed off their accounts . The fact they had zero cash in the bank prior to Pantheon signing off on the CLN on the LAST day of the financial year , coupled with the now 9 month ( 90 day transition) and counting delay has the whiff of desperation about it ….AIMHO

Take it as accurate so say £650k pr month = £4.5M of that "forecast" unsurprisingly hasn't materialised.

A penny for Mr Pantheons thoughts - I'll bet there is a clause for every eventuality in that CLN contract - " Force Majeure" is a clause that just might come in handy for Pantheon !

whilst we can all agree on the many shortcomings of the aim and the value it attributes to #avct , i’m of the opinion that our sp languishes at sub £1 as a direct consequence of our poor public relations strategy.

i can’t quite square the circle ! are they so **** sure that they are sat on a “gusher “ they don’t feel any need to “ spread the word “ or are they just not very at good at pr ?

last weeks deck being a case in point- i wonder what would the sp might have done had our cso michelle morrow (i though she came across quite well - not cc and not an r& d spotlight ) presented the data with a follow up from simon bennett on the number$ ?

IMO LTH's will be finding out sometime soon why fowler reduced nominal all the way down to £0.001p !

Id wager the Pantheon cash is two thirds gone .Its a safe bet to say they wont be laying out anymore lolly for any DRC business .

Because uncle Peter changed his year end as it was in the best interest of the business 🤥 you see it better aligns the Group's reporting periods with the financial dynamics 🚀of the long-term contracts , the ones they have signed within the managed services business over recent times, along with the targeted further growth 🤥 that Fowler promised in the MSC division in early 2024 🤣

They've been visiting countries and getting photographed with “ VIP Dignitaries “ since time began …. FFS even when they sign the contracts they wine and dine these people for they mostly don’t start …..it’s completely bizarre 🤦🏻‍♂️

Quite HOW , folk calculate the risk reward with this stock astonishes me , It isn't an investment its a straight out bet , a role of the dice as to how things will unfold.

The only reason Pantheon advanced that cash is their ar$e is covered with the keys to bumbly towers , if it go's to shat they will be fine. unfortunately it wont be the same for LTH's.

A grim situation for LTH’s to be hanging their collective hat on a contract in the DRC , rampant corruption, bribery at every level of society and now a little civil war for good measure 😬 You just could not make it up !

IF EVER they managed to stimulate the SP the headwind of spiked holders trying to get out would be immense…….pound for pound it has to be on the list of all time dogs of AIM 🐶
