To those of you ( you know who you are ) who pumped the business & defended the indefensible over the years, you might benefit from some introspection this morning . Many well-meaning investors swallowed your bull sh@t and will have lost their shirts, some heavily.

And to those who relentlessly posted the facts, flaws, and track record of the liar that is Peter Fowler, Foxhill, Yrabs, Misty, Jimzi, Vander, Win, and others, take a bow, as many would-be investors will have dodged a financial bullet on the back of your well-meaning posts.

Correct Foxy - parachuted in to babysit the bod under the terms of the CLN. Her departure nicely telegraphs the impending delisting imo .

They would find the same cash flow & compliance issues that prompted Strand Hanson to walk.

WSG has been a toxic and distressed business in the eyes of many Pis for years; it's now been confirmed by those on the inside.

Fowler's output has been questionable for the past 15 years, when we had a chocolate teapot of a nomad looking over his shoulder. For yesterday's trading update, he had complete free rein, absolute artistic licence to pony up any old cobblers ..........

There is a very good reason — it’s called a horrific set of accounts.

Auditors can only work with what they’re given; in this case a pile of cr@p , they can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.

Fowler and his inept, clueless board are the owners of this train wreck.

They have presided over the same failed business model year after year — Why ? - Because it suits their own objectives of filling their own pockets whilst sticking two fingers up to shareholders.

A spectacular failure reflected in the share price and the company’s humiliating car crash of a suspension.

That you don’t see that the Fowlers and the business are two cheeks of the same ar$3 explains a lot .

PF & Co were in total control right up until Mr Pantheon walked through the door .

DD by any serious company / individual would have to insist on the removal of Peter Fowler and much of his family …… Pantheon had someone babysitting them on the BOD and they still crashed the business in to suspension ……. That alone should make him unfit for CEO never mind the last 14 years of decline and failure…..

That would be one of the most remarkably unique business strategies ever seen……truly bizarre….!

Nearly seven months since Pantheon threw them an interest free £500k lifeline , One month since suspension ,two months since they announced a 30th Dec AGM…so two months ( minimum) they have been hawking this piece of junk with seemingly no takers.

If you think for one minute shareholders like you are going to come out of this on the upside dream on …….. the only folk with any chance of upside will be those trading ….LTHs “ investments “ are toast

Some might say it's expensive at £1.00... and Pantheon are on the hook for the thick end of £2m .....

The underlying issue (as I see it ) is that they have a horrific set of accounts that ( in current form ) cannot be signed off without an adverse opinion from the auditors.

If the accounts were in any way palatable they would have been released with a paragraph or two about Westminster battling the affects of Ukraine, uncertainty, Tariffs, blah blah blah

They munch through cash and desperately need more of it , I would be surprised if they are not approaching squeaky bum time..!

Fowler’s go to money tree is no longer in play as the conditions placed on their £1.5m CLN prohibits issuing any more shares whilst the £1.5 (£1M) is outstanding ( without Pantheon agreement ) - my hunch is they won’t fancy being diluted.

Seems to me Fowler has had his train set ( at least in part ) taken from him.

Wouldn’t it be nice to see Fowler put his hand in his pocket ?

If he does he will have been dragged kicking and screaming to the cash point.……AIMHO
