June agreement not related to AZD1656.

My understanding is that the Bixx loan (£645k discounted from £855k loan value) will be paid out to original shareholders i.e. those that held shares at time of re-org. Yes, it is an asset but I would exclude from value of investments as this cash on receipt cannot be used for re-investment purposes. imo.

As referred to in EnSilica's recent AIM Admission Document, the project was awarded to EnSilica in 2018 and as expected, EnSilica is pleased to confirm the main production run has now commenced with the official launch of the vehicle. The production schedule for more than 2.5 million ASICs over the next 12 months has been received. The ASIC has an anticipated seven-year production life and depending on the model, there are up to 24 EnSilica ASICs per vehicle.

THG, perhaps they should top slice some ENSI to protect at least a portion of the capital before it slips below entry price. Most likely they will hang on just like MODE/KNB which are now 90% down from ATHs. Agree, no pressure on the BoD,
they continue to each pick up ~£5k a month regardless of management/investment performance. They should volunteer to stop the cash burn by taking 100% of their fees in stock.

Vela in share placing mystery
An Aim-quoted technology investment company subscribed to invest £300,000 in a share placing without board approval in a governance fiasco that one City stockbroker has called a “shocker”.

Vela Board, how about an update on this governance "shocker". What is the status of the £300k - did it leave the account and if so has it been recovered?

I just did a search on Paul the Octopus and was saddened to learn of his demise in 2010. Even in that lifeless state, would still have a good chance of outperforming Vela lol!!!

Truspine RNS states it raised in aggregate £700,000 as part of a fundraise through the issue of 14,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 5 pence per share. Current SP is Bid 4.7p / Ask 4.9p with last trade on 6 June and only one other trade this month. Very illiquid stock. No value here as with other investments, I really hope they do not proceed and conserve cash. Next investment should only proceed once they can successfully exit (with profit) at least one current investment.

Why? Run as far away as possible - NOW. No reason to be involved with these sort of characters. At least try and retain an ounce of integrity.

Bunch of CLOWNS (apologies to all genuine clowns out there).

None of their investments seem to work so why continue to spend limited cash reserves on yet another illiquid AQSE stock. Look at the last IPO in ENSI, it is already on below IPO price and heading towards the Vela buy in price. No doubt BOD will sit on their hands and watch that investment continue to lose value as with all others.

Cash reserves continue to dwindle and it raises the question of whether a Placing will be required H2. Only source of monies is to sell investments (at a loss), £1m of warrants due to expire in Aug (at .125p) or this mysterious commercialisation deal appears.

Meanwhile the BOD continue to reap the reward with monthly fees of ~5k each

If you type that phrase into search, I get the following:

The dots (...) indicate to me that it is just listing the activities that CIZ are involved in, not what will be discussed at AGM. If there is any news it would have to be released by all listed parties at the same time via RNS, not at AGM. Maybe news prior?

So no news really but since there is radio silence from Vela, we need to search for scraps elsewhere. By the way, did anyone notice that KNB released their final accounts yesterday? Novus did eventually sneak out a tweet early afternoon and link to their blog.

SGS Accounts for year ended Dec 2020 now lodged at Companies House. Provides some background info on the trial and associated funding, worth a read.

One item that has not previously been disclosed is that SGS sold the 1.1bn shares to Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited in Cayman Islands. When SGS issued their disposal TR1, there should have been a corresponding TR1 from Conduit, so unknown if Conduit have retained those shares or subsequently disposed of. The BoD should immediately request that Conduit clarify their current shareholding and submit a TR1 if required. On the Vela website under Aim Rule 26 info which was updated on 14/02/22, SGS is still listed with 1.1bn shares, 5 months after they informed the market they had sold. As part of the CIZ deal, the shares issued to Conduit were subsequently sold off shortly thereafter, both transactions reported via RNS.

Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited (formerly St George Street Global) is the funding vehicle for the charity and the share disposal may have been part of an internal process. This should have been made clear at the time, it is once again the lack of transparency and communication that is the issue here and imo is at least in part the reason for the decline in SP.

£750k was also invested in CODE and 18% of that holding was top sliced at 35% profit. That is the equivalent of 57p, will we see some action at this SP level?
