I would be concerned if the BoD raise placing funds for further investments. The investments to date have, on the whole been disastrous so why continue to invest just for the sake of it. Current cash will see them out for the next couple of years, why not just kick back and wait for a decent return on at least one of the existing 13 disparate investments.

Don't forget about the 833m warrants @ .125p due to expire 23 Aug. This could be worth £1m+ into the kitty if they can pump sp hard and fast from here for the next few weeks. Unlikely without SGS news and failing that, agree placing must be on the cards. Unless the choose to sell off some investments, although most are down, there are a couple in the money just now.

@roy29, MTI dividend is 2.8US cents per share, I make it c.£5.4k. A further dividend from SKL of c.£1.8k was due for payment this week.

THG, I have Ensi 1,764,788*45p=£794k vs £750k investment. Just realised I omitted TSP which is £(18)k loss so I am now at overall loss of £(98)k. I remember we compared notes at Q1 and there was a £20k variance so if you include this, overall variance has blown out to £175k (on my numbers). Could be timing as you say with CSFS. note they do state the figures are from unaudited management information so maybe not entirely as we both see it.

THG, broadly agree with your numbers although I have ENSI at £44k with overall net loss of £(80)k. They met with 5 investee companies, would be good to have some feedback on these meetings otherwise no point in disclosing. They should be meeting with SGS to discuss the companies largest investment and provide a full debrief about the commercial discussions (surely they can disclose some non sensitive info such as timelines, are they confident of a positive outcome etc). No mention of post quarter updates re Mode mega fundraise or CSFS CEO being moved on or Igraine Director mass exodus.

Maybe Cooke/Laiker can encourage Brent/JN/Wilson to follow suit and buy some shares as a sign of commitment to the company. At least as a minimum, introduce a Director Share Purchase Plan in lieu of monthly cash fees.

I don't see this as positive news at all. Laiker and Brent were Directors from 2013 and the investments they made over 7 years failed to generate a return leading to a major restructure of the company in Aug 2020.

The ppt document outlining the financial details has been removed (pending news?) and under the Covid 19 section now states: "Following completion of a successful trial, an exit to a third party is under negotiation, Conduit retain 22% of all economic benefit." {note the text in bold to highlight}

Absolutely Unclejim, the lack of a timely quarterly update shows the BoD contempt for SHs. Not been a good few weeks has it with CSFS CEO stepping down (pushed), Igraine losing 4 Directors, Mode undertaking a large placing, recent TSP investment already down etc.

Why RTO into RDGC now that it is delisted? Would it be easier for RDGC to reclaim its market listing rather than F2F seek direct listing, although RTO's seem to take many months but perhaps easier for delisted companies?

Any thoughts on the 2 recent notifications themselves? Not the usual TR1 Standard forms but just a simple RNS statement. Presumably referring to CC means he bought in his own name rather than as representing any specific company he may be associated with. I have not yet found any links so all a little mysterious.

1.735bn shares between Laiker/Cooke. Looking at recent daily volumes, it seems to be more than just retail sell off unless they accumulated over a period of several months. I still think the 1.1bn SGS/Conduit shares may be in play here but I don't know for sure. Does Cooke have any relationships with Laiker/JN/Brent/Sir Chris etc?
