Say there are 6 x solid buys (5k/20k/10k) - why are these matched by (almost identical in terms of amount) synchronized sells, shortly after? You can see it happen today 11-12pm, then 3.30pm mark... it's bit like whack-a-mole..

* market cap doesn't seem to factor in... well... anything?
* switching [or narrowing] of focus to core premium market = promising
* market reach is much larger than I expected + they appear to be ruthlessly expanding that network
*didn't interpret the "profit warning" as a profit warning - excellent fundamentals imo
* seems to have been savagely oversold
* want to see promising contract/ pipeline info in the results

^ good point that, and the CFO buying 1000 shares was a joke. Regardless of the personal reasons that might sit behind that, it was pretty offensive

DYOR but,

- ************* article knocked confidence, read re-buff from company. Burford situation hasn't helped - few people uncomfortable about this type of business' accounting treatment;
- Negative sentiment re ongoing gov. financial support propping up "zombie" companies that would ordinarily fail;
- Re above ^, sheer length/ scale of that support risks a business pipeline issue which is knocking sentiment [excellent results in 3rd quarter statement, but warning of the above slowing referrals];
- II has exited after the above which has crashed the price further [but Mithaq has entered - q of what's the game plan];
- Uncertainty around what happens from here - when will the market exit its deep freeze?;
- Board is being quiet which doesn't help, although their disclosure has been very good all-round. Well worth signing up for the ShareSoc pres. next week;
- Lastly, some are frustrated at the "slow" momentum of this stock atm, at a time where everyone wants momentum - patience is key here IMO.

Would be grateful to hear if someone speak up if they think i've missed something/ they have a different perspective.
