This needs something the LoopUp board doesn't seem very good at - strong, authentic communication. If the figures aren't going to do the talking alone, I can't see any other way than management communicating their excitement and - in turn - instilling that in others. There's so much to get excited about re this company and it's a shame they aren't loudly shouting about it.
Be more loud and proud LoopUp board... companies refer to it by different names (thought leadership etc) and that's particularly needed here: if you want to adopt new clients and you want to adopt new shareholders who will both excitedly buy into what you are offering, people need to hear loud and proud how you're innovating, how you're trailblazing and how you're pioneering.
