Usually I love getting slapped about bigsmoke, but not so much in the LoopUp [shorting] sense of the phrase.

Step back from that Dell post and it has some interesting messages:
- A year of HYPER growth at LoopUp
- Why? Because of super strong customer takeup
- Meaning they've set out to "rapidly spin up new virtual machines" - they're investing in growth, so much so that Dell is now shouting about what LoopUp have been up to
- Is this all a flash in the pan because of Covid? Well, no - it's more of a natural progression (when was the last time I was in the office of a professional services firm [before Covid I was in those glass cathedrals regularly] and saw a telephone on a desk? I really can't remember), a natural progression that Covid's accelerating

I do keep wondering... why does everyone believe this whole Covid dilemma is over? It ain't, whether we're in the UK or one of the 15 office locations that LoopUp serve. But regardless of that circular debate, LoopUp is scaling up and it looks like Dell is excited about their growth too.

Looking forward to one of our regular defeatists popping up and telling me the sun is green and the grass is purple.

I've just crossed my average Chris, -£100ish atm so very marginal in contrast to what some of you guys have staked, but I still have enough skin in the game here that my loss will grow substantially if we head south..
Some people sound jaded, which switches me off
Others sound bored, a feeling that I'm beginning to share
No one sounds overly enthusiastic anymore, a little red flag
It's a difficult one because there's so much to play for here - the fundamentals are, factually, very very good
For me personally, the board of this company are way too quiet and I'm concerned they might be slightly contemptuous of their private investors(?) - the other explanation being that they're planting foundations and working hard in the background. But alas, how do you know if they don't communicate
I do have powder dry, so I could average down, but is that just throwing good (or stagnant) money after bad

Time to call it a day on LoopUp?

Held Manolete since early 2019 my friend, and traded it successfully since. February's fun and games meant I could average below 200, my lowest yet. Your malice intrigues me however and I see you are a fan of angry posts. Do let me know which swiss finishing school you attended
