The simple fact southcoast is that neither Frasers nor boo need to include share purchases in their trading updates as they have no impact on trading.

Frasers obviously take the long view over their holdings in other retailers. Boo are doing the same with revb.

The SC buy out i'm not so sure about. I'd guess Hainan were always thinking about it, Im not so sure KOD were, not with KMUK paying anyway.

Final judgement needs to be reserved until we see the actual offtake agreement, but at present it dosn't sit too well with me that KOD are paying 49% of something that may only benefit Hainan

To keep it simple KMUk has had a very large capex spend, which is within budget, and I'd guess has paid for the production to date as we are still within the project development window. Opex, outside of transportation will be low as we provide our own power and African salaries are low.

Whilst the ore remains on site it is actually costing us anything. There is a big fat storage area already built for that purpose.

In what way will cash outflow be huge chef. We have been told multiple times that the project is being delivered within the 65m capex. Fine tuning will be coming from this budget. KMUK had a cash injection of 100m, so even when the 15m is paid to the government KMUK should still have plenty of liquidity.

You are aware that the mine is in Africa chef, so opex spend will not be huge at all.
