I've no idea how the market will react. My view is that this is a positive and I'll explain why.
A few months ago, when the trolls were making an issue of Hainan claiming back 15m from Kodal, I posted that as the relationship was amicable they would find a creative way of sorting the payment out of product sales.
This, to me atleast, is the creative way they have come up with doing this.
So Hainan advance 15m, they get back over 16m and it only costs them 8m. Kodal don't need to pay an upfront payment from their own funds.
So, in essence, the two businesses share the tax bill. And the payment comes from product sales this reducing tax liability
It seems a pretty smart solution all round.
Although I'm sure the lil ole foxy troll will disagree
