They have resigned from the subsidiary companies and been replaced by Finley and Ellis.

So the most senior exec directors of the business hold fiduciary oversight for the subsidiary businesses. This is exactly how governance should work

And it also shows that Finley is now calling the shots. That probably hurts because it doesn't fit with your little conspiracy theories, but it is the situation all the same
