Wrt the placing, I think the broker actually approached GST to see if they wanted to raise funds. Hence why it was all done so quickly and ineffectively

So we will go from having £325m debt to a max of £175m debt, with a £125m staging point. If the rumours are true. We will have sold a building we paid c£70m for and raised c£40m to get there. So on a net basis it is somewhere near neutral. We don't yet have a clue what the overall cost of the finance will be, so to claim that the borrowing cost is going up is make believe until we know the final picture

Meanwhile we know the business isn't in a good place from a cash pov so let's see what asset sales happen

market cap is currently 24m. thats a little over ten times revenue. which is low for a growth business.

As retail investors finally wake up to what is actually happening here the share price will have likely tanked before the opening , and then continue to fall, leaving little or no opportunity to exit with your shirt on your back

Maybe if you and the chef posted in a more balanced way, rather than trying to instill doubt into other posters, then maybe there would be less of what you perceive to be insults.
