We are a group of individuals each holding a tiny proportion of the company. Even Billy.

We can't individually influence the business strategy

Either you trust the BoD to do what they do in the way that they do it or you shouldn't be invested

I'm sure the debate around off take pricing is an intense one.

Largely because for Hainan it's partially a transfer price and not an outright purchase. So a cost of say 800 dollars per tonne doesn't actually cost Hainan that as they also benefit from profit on the 800 dollar sale as a shareholder in the supplier

I can get why MG wouldn't be happy with an offtake price based only on Shanghai spot price. I'm sure they are looking for.an additional uplift factor to be applied and frankly I don't disagree.
