There is no new structure. The group structure is exactly the same as it was last week, last month and a while before that. All that has happened is the new executive directors have taken formal responsibility for the statutary reporting of the subsidiary businesses. Which is how it should be.

Mahmud taking more of an active turnaround in the youth brands was explained via RNS. Once again, how it should be. He is no longer exec chairman is he southcoast.

Correct southcoast. It's so he can concentrate on the youth brands as has been communicated. The executive directors of the business are taking oversight of the subsidiaries, just as they should be

Kachrafilter if the company you link to was the ultimate holding company, it would have to list the entire Boo board as directors. It doesn't. Because it is a subsidiary company.

These are all subsidiary companies. The main Boo company, where the actual directorships sit, is incorporated in. jersey.

This is simply the new executive director team taking on roles they should have.

It has already been communicated that Mahmud is focussing on the youth brands.

Nor was it hidden anywhere,it had its own section clearly in the 11 March RNS.

They didn't go against the result of the EGM either. They simply changed the name of the ticker not the legal entity in Jersey.

There is plenty to be wrong about with this company. But making up stuff doesn't help anybody.

As for the results, I'll contact IR if they haven't issued results by mid May
