As to PLT I think the rebrand has devalued it somewhat (as it's now lost its particularly identity I think) and also I believe points to it being a desperate, last minute play.

Hexam, given Umar rejoined PLT in September 2024 and the rebrand launched in March 2025, in what way do you think it was a last minute desperate decision and when was it taken in your view?

Audavid I agree to a large extent. I think we could have had more revenue without integration. It's also good to see the explanation that revenue is front loaded due to geography. Hopefully Bake will even this out with it's European focus

I was happy with the yoy growth just mildly disappointed with H2 comparative to H1. I'd rather post my totally honest views as I'm not into ramp/deramp.

There is a figure of just under 0.9m dollars in the accounts so it may be we got Bake cheaper than I thought

Burnley may be a deprived area residentially but logistically it s a really good location as its right on the M65, nly about 20 minutes from the M6 and 35 minutes from the M62

I guess the southerners don't see any value in anything up north. After all no office block in central Manchester could ever cost £3m rent annually

PLT website visits seem to have improved a little since the rebrand. The only problem child from a visits viewpoint is Boohoo.co.

So I'd be keen to understand your rationale for thinking that the rebrand has been a disaster, I presume you have a greater depth of thinking other than it is up for sale?

Humster I've taken my view from the latest RNS. The project has signed the contract, therefore I presume the project, not Kodal pays. The project is LMLB which is owned by KMUK.

The Company can confirm that the Off-Take Agreement finalised for the Project utilises the SMM as the reference for pricing. In addition the Project has signed a transport contract with a leading Malian transport company for the export of material from site to the port location in Côte d'Ivoire.

Market prices in your example can only refer to spot pricing, whether on the day or over a fixed period

I'm not so convinced they are small beer, we received £9m cash post year end for one building. If we are talking about cash outflows of £30-40m, then the swing required to positive isn't massive. Capex should also be less this year.
