So you don't recognise any of this strategy southcoast

1. Pay down debt

2. Right size the business

3. Focus on core brands

4. Focus on valuable customers

5. Build market places

6. Carry out a business review to maximise shareholder value.

So far I'd give them 6 out of 10.
