I think the amount of money paid to Finley is embarrassingly large, embarrassingly out of kilter with the overall business performance and therefore should have been reconsidered.

However, he wasnt a main board director at the until last November so there was no reason for his specific incentives to have been published.

They can't have gifted him GMV then say it performed shockingly as southcoast states that is a total contradiction.

Finally it's strange for anyone to state that growing a business profitably from nothing to £650m GMV in three years is a failure. But I take it you agree with that stupid statement as well.
