Actually I have just noticed that c182,000,000 of the placing shares issued were at 0.08. This is the conversion price for the loan, so it may be that some of it converted yesterday

You are correct about the convertible loan

However the warrants arent exercisable at the same price. The lowest the warrants can be converted at is c0.23. So currently it wouldn't make sense to convert them. The sp will have to be significantly higher for them to make sense commercially (or significantly lower which is unlikely)

You also omit that UFO could simply pay off the loan before the end of the term period, which would make more sense for shareholders than converting at 0.08
