At some point southcoast you may realise that Debenhams market place is only one of the subsidiary businesses that Dan was responsible for. Debenhams Labels is a separate subsidiary business that he was was responsible for as well. It made £1m profit in FY24.

You still keep comparing a FY25 compensation package to FY24 results. Which, whatever Hexam says, is dumb.

That is just the profit for marketplace, not the entirety of Debenhams, in FY24. You are then comparing Dan's 2025 remuneration package to FY24 profit. You are ignoring that a large part of the FY package is payable in shares which don't vest for years.

So, as posted before, you are spouting complete rubbish.

You are comparing FY24 revenue with awards that are based atleast partially on FY25 figures and share awards that, in some cases, don't even best until 2027.

Transfer pricing has been a live issue for atleast six months.

Drb the Bennelong conversion warrants can't be exercised at a price of 0.18. The conversion price is 125% of 0.18. If the SP falls to 0.15 then the conversion price could be 0.18.
