These problems are presented here in hyperbolic and doom laden terms, many of which have been proven to be incorrect.

There are also opportunities and solutions, mentions of which are drowned out by the uninvested trolls. Do you think that is normal?

If a company is seriously distressed Hexam they would get hold of all the cash they can.

So the simple fact the RCF isn't fully drawn is the most pertinent fact of all.

I agree that an asset sale is required and the lack of Comms on the business review is shocking

Debs only has a couple of serious creditors who have fixed charges over the assets already.

The interest rate is nowhere near a distressed level, that would be mid teens. The very fact they secured an increased RCF means that, in the short term, they have no problem with cashflow. If they did, they would have drawn down the full RCF and they wouldn't be putting money into Revb.

But that isn't the question I asked.

The CEO has stated the RCF isn't fully drawn down

It's quite simple

All the brands in total, from memory, have a balance sheet value of £68m.

That is £13m more than the cost of just Debenhams brand and IPR. And less than half the valuation of Top Shop

Is it nailed on as the business not surviving to the AGM.

So a business that is highly cash generative, is growing rapidly and requires hardly any capex has suddenly become loss making.

The first two quotes talk about Debenhams.com. You know Southcoast, the business that has TWO profitable subsidiaries despite your protestations to the contrary

The final post is about the entire group so the context is totally different
