From memory Ted Baker was a busted flush, they had even sold the head office to keep going and the UK stores were massively loss making, hence closing down in less than two years

The speed of the business review would suggest the opposite to me, as does the investment in REVB

It appears presently difficult to understand whether DEBS is a going concern.

The auditors didnt seem to find it difficult to understand, nor did the new lenders

Not even Ashley seems to have any concerns on that subject

Current financial performance £50-100m

Potential with scale of brand, customer base and social media following, easily upwards of £200m

When you have overseen a calamity such as this here, i cannot think of another company that has been destroyed in such a manner as boohoo.

Lets say by some absolute miracle they achieved a sale price of 200 million - that still only values the whole group at 600 million if the market was being fair

The group will be valued on a sum of parts basis, not current revenue split.

It will be far in excess of £600m

So sad that someone has nothing better to do with their life at 1.20 am on a Saturday morning than obsess about people they don't know on a share where they have no investment

The MG has signed up to the offtake agreement which specifies that price is based on SMM with variance for grade. The only checks and amendments the government can do is on the grading calculation and process
