So for instance the total value of all the brands represented in the balance sheet is £68.7m

Which means in the real world the balance sheet is totally unrepresentative of real net assets

The answer given was Debs are exploring the sale of PLT with a strategic partner of PLT. He then referenced Topshop, which followed exactly the same process.

Does that mean a sale is guaranteed in the short term? Absolutely not.

Does it indicate that Debs are in the very early stages of a disposal nearly 11 months into a business review? Absolutely not.
