Should be quite interesting this week!

On Tuesday opening we will be able to see if the buyer in the background is upping he buy price!

Thursday we find out the Newcrest deal and wether the market likes it or not!

Shaun has said he has had successful dealings with newmont, so let’s hope him and his board get the best for us!

Actually Napthman reading your statement have I run a business!

I have actually I had 20 brickie’s working for me and let me tell you it 20 headaches and I learnt a few things!

One is trust no one and another is until the deal is signed anything is possible.

So until we get the DTM, nothing is guaranteed!

By the way have you ever run a company?

Maybe it’s me , just airing on the side of caution and a bit paranoid!

After the 5% scenario, our fair market value was nowhere near the two boards and independent valuation!

Off the top of my head I think mine was 3-4 times there’s and probably my eye watering figure I have in my head is nowhere near there’s! Lol:))

Napthan what I am saying is if we try to charge over the top for the 30% that’s a scenario they could play!

I hope not , my favoured scenario would be mining our 30% , we have funds in place and that should lead to dividends in a few years, plus funding for exploration!

I don’t want to seem to be the one to put the dampener on this, but if we put a too high of a price on the 30% and they don’t think it will be worth while.

They could put it on the back burner, they have plenty of other mines.

So I hope we don’t go to over the top, but that’s why the board has been improved, to get fair value or have a plan B.

Well they managed to do , Keep it under !
Looks like a buyer in the background and only wanting to pay 9p , the spread is so close you have to wonder how many of the the buys which showed up were sells!
It should be interesting to see how much the buyer increases his buy price!

The galiford share holders kept their shares and got vistry shares and galiford got £100 odd million and carried on in the construction side !
So different companies but all deals can be done!
I maybe wrong and I am just generalising!

I was just using that as a example of what package could be put forward (I do believe that when Galiford Try sold there housing arm to bovis a scheme was made)
Do you not think £500m in cash +£500m in shares of the new company +2% royalties for the 30% is not fair!
Also a guarantee of jv’s and a certain amount of funds for exploration for the other tenements would be good for both parties!
Genuine question as I am not that clued up on how business deals go, but for me if both parties think it’s good then they can make it work!

What about 10p one of payment 10p valuation per share for new shares in the company, + 2% royalties and Ggp as a company still exists with jv’s with the new company!
Maybe some sort of guarantee of 30% on any new finds and a certain amount of funds per year for exploration!
I am sure there will be some sort of deal brokered!
Just have to see what’s put on the table!
