Afternoon All

I have been thinking about this potential fund raise out of the blue.

The amount going to be raised isn’t big enough for anything major unless combined with other funds.

Now I am thinking since newmont got involved, I wonder if they want to increase the tonnage coming out of HAV initially and they want us to increase our funding of the 30% mining costs.

Shaun did say we have the funding in place for what is initially expected and with a bit of room to work with!

But a 50%_100% increase, maybe not!

They must be all looking at a revised MRE and decisions will be being made!

Somebody leaked Ggp may I said may do a fund raise!

Question 1 why did they leak this?

Question 2 for what reason?

Question 3 why would they need to raise money?

Answer 1 for their benefit!

Answer 2 to get the price to drop!

Answer 3 nobody knows as of yet, but it doesn’t seem to be for keeping the company going as we have enough money!

It’s not for our 30% of HAV mining expenses as we are fully funded!

So question 4 what’s it for?

We all new what was coming, we were going to have to step up and be counted!

A couple of things have happened, but I am sure Shaun has been building his team for this very day.

Nothing in business is a guarantee, but if you have the right people around you should be able to overcome most obstacles!

This has been an opportunity for the shorts to spread fear, hopefully it will all come good and I’m sure he is in very sensitive negotiations or else he would have informed us of what is going on!

Possibly Fred, but that still won’t explain why he would need to do a fund raise!

That’s the million pound question, for me it’s to help with a big loan from the financial institution for the purchase of HAV/Telfer, that’s where the fingers seem to point!

Shaun and the board must be working on some very sensitive negotiations, hopefully the deal will be the game changer we have been waiting for!

Otherwise I would have thought he would have made contact with his investors after what happened at the start of the week!

To me this looks like a good sign!

We already have the finance arrangements for our mining costs about 200m , this was what I was on about earlier, do we need to raise this figure to get the banks to agree to finance us for the purchase of the rest of HAV and Telfer!

Food for thought

I have seen shares get hit a lot harder after a leak like this and a hastily written Rns!

Hopefully tomorrow we might get a better idea of what is happening!

If they are keeping Telfer/HAV either we are going to get an eye watering figure or we are 30% partners all financed sorted.

Best result for me is the latter!

Looking at a general valuation if we use 15moz as a figure!

We have have roughly a third of that, as our mcap stands we are roughly being valued at $100 an Oz in ground valuation!

I wonder if Shaun’s Rns yesterday forced them to evaluate HAV!

It’s got 9.2p written all over it!

Somebody accumulating last week there buy price was 9p , this week 9.2p , next week 9.4p Lol.

I wonder where they are getting these from?

Not forgetting Shaun offered them $85m for 5% and that was based on old data, probably double if not trebled now!

Either shorts swapping and sharing the burden or one big jump expected any day now because these are all sell’s!
