Last Friday I said I wouldn’t like to be out of this over the weekend!

I did expect something to happen this week, but nothing.

Volume was so low, it’s like the only people trading are amongst themselves.

So what I have taken from this and with the time schedule ahead, these shares have become so sticky they can’t lure them out ( not for they want to pay).

Question! Are they hoping for the five diggers shares and relying on them flooding the market?

Remember 1% of our shares in issue is 50m so 0.1% is 5m and today a grand total of about 2.5m shares were traded!

The thing is it will be detrimental to the industry and the quality will go down!

As you know when work slows up that’s the time the contractors can get rid of the dead wood and the tradesmen are able to carry on as normal!

But now with this the contractors will put their best and trusted people on the customer care, so they don’t get fined.

So then schedule’s fall behind and the HB’s will force them to get more men and what’s left out there ( you got it the ones no one wants).

It also means they will think twice about apprentices.

Slippery slope.

I also let my boss know I am thinking about getting out.

But hey ho

I also wonder where the NHBC are going with this.

The shorts are going to struggle to get out soon, the shares seem to be in very sticky hands and the hands are getting stickier.

You think about it volume is very low and they have only got shot of 4m shares on loan , with news on the horizon and a listing on a hungry ASX ( according to Shaun ) makes getting the other shares on loan harder and harder!
