The theory makes sense, but again I disupte your numbers.
The entire m/c of LVCG is £5M - there's no chance of getting £30M for just the Bricklive activity.
I do think a sale makes sense though and the revenue could either fund the rest of the business to expand or perhaps be returned in part as a dividend.

Why does having money in the bank prevent a placing?
Last time BRH had plenty of money in the bank they paid a fat dividend. Then they placed 25% of the company at 18p for Tricky Trev to pick up. Placing isn't about cash in the bank - at this low SP TB can set his family up for life with another 18p tranche - closed placing of course..... in order to fund something or other.....

Your optimism has no substance behind it just because of a phone call.
There is a mechanism for the company to talk to investors - it's called an RNS.
They also have a website.
I don't need to have a cosy chat with Viv or Trev - I saw the holdings RNS relating to FAB and then this patsy of a non-informative RNS today for myself.
It's clear you're indoctrinated and blind to any negative concepts - it's also clear you won't see reality any more because you spoke to you master Viv.
Those of us who base our lives in reality know that Viv will tell you what he wants you to hear because you want to hear it.
You admit you didn't want to know about TB's family selling because you're not interested in that - those of us who want to base our lives in reality DO want to know, but a cosy chat with Viv won't reveal any of the detail because they can't and won't give it you a bloke on the phone.

I'm not clear why calling Viv or having a cosy fireside chat with Trev will solve anything.

The bigwigs at BRH don't know who we are, they aren't going to to tell any of us that in reality there's no great news round the corner, or indeed even if there were they still couldn't tell us. They also can't explain honestly why FAB sold a load this week.

I haven't said not to invest at all - rather that this RNS isn't the right time. I believe this will move up to 40p and the exit door for me when we get a proper RNS with some facts and figures and some commercial breakthrough.
I do have a moral issue with the argument that for our sakes we should all smile and sucker somebody else in so we can get out at their expense - that's a pump and dump/boiler room approach - maybe I need to be more Gordon gecko!!

If the testing starts end of Feb (this round of tests anyway) then we won't be ready to do a deal till end of March, probably April.

RNS actually told us nothing, no results, no numbers, no commercial progress.

The hard truth is that many of us were Mr Groove, as you should be aware as this is the BRH message board it's full of fed up LTH's.
