NT is just the daily pause to ensure the bid/ask is in kilter - it's natural and normal - and daily for AIM shares.
More of interest is the actual trades, and they are positive :-)

It's very much about the LVCG news being circulated now - sadly RNS in the middle of Friday are often hidden away a bit.
I think it's better to release a good RNS on Monday morning 07:00 so it goes across the worlds' desk - If the objective is to increase the SP of course....

Totally agree, you're absolutely right - but lets face it the bulk of British middle aged investors won't digest that.
What they will digest is a company with a £5M market cap being profitable like this - money talks - and the previous history of the SP before COVID is there for new investors to reference....

Dividends are not annual policy - we got a special dividend last year on the back of an investment sale. We hope that if Phasefocus is sold or Paraytec then there will be another such dividend.

Who buys and sells is not irrelevant if it's an insider who knows more than we do on the outside.
Indeed who is selling (if it's TB for example) influences greatly whether I believe in the product.

I agree with all of that!
The phasefocus was revalued upwards last year so may provide funds for a divvi - I suspect the Paraytec will be longer in the pipeline and be sold for other reasons like sepsis/bladder cancer and not primarily the COVID angle.
The net effect of all that activity might just get us over the 40p mark if the valuations provided in the last operational update are valid. TB is definitely in it for the money but I agree he'll be gone inside 2022 - so there's going to be an offload of his shares at some point too which will prevent this "going to the moon" etc etc.

I understand the Frankfurt stadium can house 51,000 plus for sports events, should be able to do that at least for a concert?
The initial capacity was shown as 44,000 so I also think there may be extra space if it can be sold.

I feel your pain - I'm underwater to that magic 40p mark and I had shares before the divvi.
I wonder how many other silent PI's got spiked by everything that went on here in 2021. I know it's considered fair game by many to pump and dump, let some unknown soul carry the bags etc. but it's never seemed right to me and I won't be party to it which is why I got into scuffles here with the evangelists and rampers.
I do still believe at some point this year I'll get my 40p but my patience is being tested and I fear the dreaded placing RNS when I see the trades and price.

If you want some nostalgia go back 6 months and see the pelters I got from the Evangelists (if you've been around for long enough you know who they are/were).
The ramping on here was incredible. I like the fact we have a broadly reasonable MB at the moment (apart from some telling us to be more constructive!) Shame the SP isn't looking after us :-(

Important signposts on the share price come from the issue prices in the last 6 months: 5p was the price middle of last year and 3.5p was the price for the placing that paid for the K-Pop festival.
I expect that therefore there will be little selling below 3.5p as almost nobody will have an average that warrants it. Between 3.5p and 5p there will be a little bit of selling resistance, then once we go past 5p there will be a temptation for more to offload. I now have an average at 3.4p after a final top up just now so here's hoping - everything is crossed!

Apart from the fact OBC founded AFN and then sold most of it off :-)

12today - apologies but I disagree - there was a very large shareholding bought at 18p.
Buying at 18p and selling at 24/25p is good business if you're not going to get any other return.....
