The breakeven for this concert was around 26,000 tickets sold - as per previous RNS.
Once we past that sales figure the RNS have repeated this is profitable - and we haven't got the merchandising or streaming set up yet.
There may be some who doubt DC, that's their choice - as a value investor what's not to like?

I note that this is a share where the buys/sells indicator is not working properly.
Only one transaction for 150,000 shares is a sell today - the others are buys - I know this because I bought at 3.4999 only last week and because the spread is stuck showing at 3.3/3.7 it came up as a sell too.
This bodes well for upwards movement and goes to show the buy/sell flag isn't always worth taking as gospel.

The last update was 36,000 out of the max 44,000 sold already and others being held back for the announcement of the last 2 acts by Feb 14th (I think).

You need to appreciate this is a public BB and my posts are meant to discuss this company.
You post just as often - mostly to have a pop at me for not being on the same page as you.
Please look at the RNS this morning and the discussion on this board in relation to that.
The issues here revolve mainly around TB and his clan and the selling of their shares - it cannot be seen as a positive, however much you want to gloss over it.

I have posted many times on this Armagedon.
I believe that Phasefocus and the longer term uses for Paraytec's work will provide benefit.
I don't believe the COVID bit has anything like the value you and others ascribe to it. It's passed us by to an extent.
I believe the effect of the stuff I do believe in will get me an escape point this year - now I've averaged down on Friday I need a much smaller lift from here to escape.
I have also posted before that my failing is that I don't want to crystallise a loss.
Just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean I should sell now and walk away.

They would have an onus to correct any misinformation, but I don't think The Prof has given any misinformation out - all his tweets are encouraging without giving any dates/results/cash details. He's been very careful (I won't mention lambs and abattoirs again) :-)
If there is a material fail in the testing that starts by the end of Feb then yes I think they have to come to market with that info as it is material to the SP.

Fair play on your post - we're all in the same boat - shame it's a submarine sat on the seabed at 18p.....
In your defence, manipulation isn't such a far out way to describe the share price - just not the MM's - it's TB and his clan deciding what the price will be with all this selling.
I will still say this is all about reality and profit for them - they sit at 18p us PI's all sit at something like 40p - as a result these prices are still good for them and not for us - logic dictates they would hold if there was a big news story just round the corner because they would do even better than this small profit if it were.

I have always thought that the Narni bridge approach is a real long term winner because it doesn't rely on the price of cryptocurrency as much as the volume of traffic.
Regulatory tightening and control may make cryptocurrency and NFT's more stable and this might ironically help the Narni bridge to become an above ground process tied in with a domestic name in fiat currency like Visa/Mastercard.
Then, as you nicely put it, the whole shebang is going to blow sky-high :-)

I averaged down on Friday for similar reasons to the ones you highlight. I have to trust there's no further funding required, in which case this will come back on the release of some solid news. There's Phasefocus on the horizon if not Paraytec just yet.

Where the pain comes is when the placing is at a discount to a low SP and is not available to all of us LTH's.

Your general theory about using AIM to raise capital is fair for a lot of startups but we must be clear about BRH - this is an investment company.
At the end of 2020 BRH was cash rich after getting a return on investment. BRH chose to pay that cash out in a special dividend instead of retaining it for reinvestment.
6 months later they placed at a discount, exclusively to TB.
If BRH are in need of funds they should never have paid out the special dividend - we all know that TB benefitted hugely from the dividend, then being able to sell his shares at a profit, then being exclusively able to repurchase at a discount.
Placings should ultimately benefit shareholders in terms of enhanced value. In BRH one shareholder has benefitted hugely while the rest of us have lost out.
We now have to hope history isn't repeating itself.

Lots of negative press ATM regarding Cryptocurrency, both it's ability to be a store of value and the likelihood of strict regulation.
Is it possible many are assuming that because lots of crypto mining occurs in the Russian/Chinese sphere that it could be affected by Ukraine??
I reckon OBC is not understood because the Chambers don't use RNS effectively - their efforts at the start of 2021 didn't read professionally. Lots of the vibe about the Narni bridge for example is communicated via Twitter.
We know OBC has a net book value which is close to current s/p but to grow from here either:
1) the masses need to continue to make the mistake of linking the price of OBC to Bitcoin when that rises again
2) we need greater investor publicity - that hits those with money to invest
3) we need a commercial tie in with a known name in the finance world
4) we need hard financial results with profit showing and/or dividend
